Overall a lovely stay
Pros:

The bedroom view was glorious. The room size and bathroom size were great and loved the balcony.

Cons:

The room was in an annex that could do with modernisation especially to limit sound transfer

Exceptional stay in a truly 5-star hotel
Pros:

Overall, the experience was excellent. Front desk greeted us warmly and checked us in early without issue. The room was large, clean and with an amazing view. Alessia and Kate from guest experiences made us feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurants were great, with the main restraint being genuinely exceptional in both food and service. We were often surprised with kind gifts like chocolates before bed, cakes and a bottle of bubbly. The room was attended to twice per day, including two changes of towels. The staff were very attentive and professional. A tightly-run ship with a good culture and strong work ethic. Well done!

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic staff that really personalized the stay for us. Kate engaged us in a lovely conversation to find out what our interests and plans in the area were, then made a fantastic agricultural tourism suggestion that turned into one of the highlights of our trip. She also chatted with our teenagers, and because they were so enthusiastic about the chef's special dishes, she and Brigitta arranged a special departing gift. We know it was personal to us because it included the special recipe, pasta and anchovy essence.

Beautiful location and a truly wonderful hotel. We loved everything about our stay, from the gorgeous swimming pool area to the excellent breakfast. Our room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with an in-room jacuzzi and a stunning view.

The housekeeping service was exceptional, with the team attending to the room several times throughout the day. All of the staff were incredibly pleasant, warm, and attentive, always providing service with genuine smiles and going out of their way to accommodate every need and request.

The shuttle service to the nearby town was also extremely convenient and a great addition to the overall experience. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
