Over all decent stay in clean rooms with good service if you don't mind an old building.
Pros:

Rooms pretty clean and beds are comfortable. The whole building needs attention though, pretty beat up. Front counter guys pretty nice. Breakfast was kind of bad, but not the worse for continental. Pool was a bit beat up but decent and clean. Over all building needs a major upgrade.

Cons:

Area the hotel is located is a little rough. Building structure needs work and facility in poor condition.

Very disappointing stay. On our first night the hotel lost power during 100°F+ weather. There was no A/C, lighting, or backup generator. We actually had to drive around in our car just to cool off, then returned to sleep in a completely dark, extremely hot room.

Staff were generally nice, but seemed surprisingly unconcerned about the outage, as though this happens frequently. When I contacted management through Booking.com, I was rudely told we could simply find another hotel. Packing everything and relocating in complete darkness was hardly a reasonable solution.

The biggest concern was safety. With the elevator not working, we had to use the stairs, but the emergency lights in the stairwells did NOT work on any floor we used. Both stairwells were pitch black and we had to use our phone flashlights. In a fire or emergency evacuation, this could be extremely dangerous. Emergency lighting is basic life-safety equipment and its failure suggests poor maintenance.

To make matters worse, we accidentally left several pieces of my wife's clothing hanging in the closet, including new blouses. Despite multiple calls and emails to manager Raj Patel, the clothing has apparently not been located.

We are requesting at least a one-night refund and the return of the missing clothing. Nice staff cannot make up for serious safety, maintenance, management, and lost-property issues.

My hotel stay was terrible!
Pros:

We were only able to eat breakfast on our last day there. Because breakfast is served from 06:30am-09:30am.The first 2 mornings we had to leave the hotel at 4:00am to go to Lackland for my nephew's Air Force graduation.
I think being that the hotel is so close to Lackland AFB. I believe they have guests weekly, they should start breakfast at 04:00am.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a horrible area, the view from my room is an abandoned lot with broken down vehicles. The toilet didn't flush. Paints are chipping on the walls. Electrical sockets are loose. Furniture have water damage, just too many to list.

Cons:

Had my vehicle broken into and also 2 other trucks next to me. Police said they have alot of break ins there. House keeping that was outside said they had 7 vehicles last time and 5 before that!!!!! So never again will I stay there!!!!

Worst experience from start to finish.
Pros:

I did not like anything whatsoever. Breakfast was ok. Other than that, the whole experience was horrible.

Cons:

Customer service was disgusting. AC in the room wouldn’t go lower. It was hot overnight.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the bed. It's was super comfortable and the sheets smelled so fresh. It's didn't have many options for breakfast. But the breakfast was fresh and hot. Always had fresh clean towels and washcloths every day.

Cons:

I wished the pool wasn't heated. Because it's was over a hundred degrees every day I was there.
