Pros:

C'est un quartier safe avec le tram juste à côté, le bâtiment est propre et agréable.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'équipements en cuisine : pas d'assiettes, de couverts, de poêles...
J'ai du éteindre la VMC la nuit car j'ai été réveillée par une odeur de cannabis dans ma chambre.

clean and exactly what I needed.
Pros:

clean and exactly what I needed. The location on U of T's campus is fantastic! central, and I felt safe. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a dorm residence. The price is genuinely one of the best I found in downtown Toronto. Will definitely be back!

It served my purpose for having somewhere to lay my head in the downtown area of Toronto.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Very convenient for transportation.

Cons:

The room and furniture were of the expected standard for student accommodation; however, the shower and bath stalls were in an undesirable condition. They need to be cleaned out more frequently. They were littered with garbage.
