Great stay. Facilities are really well taken care of. Great value.
Pros:

Staff were great. Everything was clean, price was great, located walking. Distance to everything you need. Bathrooms were kept meticulously clean, which is saying something since they are huge. I’ll be back.

Cons:

I would advise anyone to bring slippers and a sweater, as you have no control over the air conditioning. It wasn’t bad at all, and likely perfect in really hot weather. (At least it wasn’t the other way around!)

Good for a quick stay
Pros:

Good internet connection, nearby Kensington Market, and easy to walk around.

Cons:

The soap provided isn’t good. I’d recommend reviewing the one being used now.

For the price and the location, i would recommend
Pros:

The residence is a few feet away from the 510 TTC Line so easily accessible to bring you to any Subway Station (about 10mins away from Spadina Station). Also situated at walking distance from main streets and the Eaton Center Mall, Koreatown and China Town.

Cons:

The staff was really nice but as girls traveling we felt uneasy with the clerk mentionning our room number out loud...

the location is nice, should at least provide electric fan for short stays.
Pros:

the location is excellent.

Cons:

the room is really hot, should provide electric fan for guests who stay for a nught. the aircon is not working properly cause its really old, the staff always say they cannot do anything about it.
I always request for a room close to the washroom but always end up too far.

Cheap but not clean
Pros:

Cheap and great location with tram only meters away

Cons:

To stay here you need to have very low cleanliness standards. Suspicious stains on the bedding, room floor looked like it had never been cleaned, mouse traps in the room and corridors and then there are the shared toilet facilities. You can smell the toilets and showers when the lift door opens but when you walk in that’s when it hit you, it’s hard to stay in there for long, and I came out from the showers smelling worse than when I went in…

Also when we checked in the person in front of us said he had come back from a day in the city to find someone had slept in his bed…. Thankfully we didn’t experience the same thing.
