Convenient to the highway and Rennes. Friendly staff at the front desk - they were the best part!
The room was smoked in. Terrible. This ruined the entire brand for me as we once had good experiences with them. If a room smells like smoke, it should not be sold until it is clean - it was so bad our clothes smelled like smoke leaving the room. A completely unforgivable look for a hotel chain. I will never stay with the hotel chain/brand again.

Cet hôtel est vieillissant et en retrait du standing attendu d'un 4 * de la Chaine Mercure.
Le personnel fait de son mieux mais une rénovation des abords et zones communes ne serait pas du luxe.

Le supplément de 30 € pour deux petits chiens propres et qui ne perdent pas leurs poils …c’est vraiment exagéré….si j’ai eu un énorme labrador j’aurais payé la moitié. Cela n’a aucun sens.

Lage. Sehr laut! Nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich. Zimmer waren sehr warm . Klimaanlage ging nicht, oder wir haben sie nicht verstanden.
Tout ! Personnel très sympathique et professionnel ! Arrivée tardive à cause d’une panne, repas froid de qualité préparé et mis de côté très gentiment.
