Easy to find, friendly staff, comfortable room, just perfect for what we needed! There's parking and breakfast in the morning for a decent price. Also, a warm welcome with a beverage of your choice!

I stayed at this wonderful gem of a hotel while attending a convention at the Gaylord. It's a short 10 mins walk away. The Hercor exceeded my expectations in every way. I was greeted upon check-in with a cooled lobby, a wonderful fragrance, fresh apples, a cold bottle of water, and most importantly a genuine smile. The room was stylish in every way, and very clean. Although, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, there was access to those in a secure cafe area 24/7. The bed and pillows were the MOSSST comfortable I have ever had. I travel the world and rank this hidden gem at my favorite. Thank you Elva, Evelyn, Cecelia, Eduardo and Emie. You ran the front desk with excellence, during all shifts. It took me days to figure out the thermostat. Until then, it was too cold for me overnight. I would shut it off then turn it back on when it became too hot. I still couldn't tell you how I finally set it to my preferred temp. It was not as easy as selecting up or down on the panel.

The room was beautiful and the staff was hospitable.
The rules of the hotel's kitchen were a tad confusing so I didn't use them, but I saw other guests there so it was a me-issue.
L'hotel è in buona posizione e il personale è gentile e disponibile. La stazione del tram (per andare in Messico o a San Diego) è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Nei dintorni c'è praticamente di tutto: ristoranti, negozi, centri commerciali oltre all'immancambile 7Eleven sempre aperto
Ho contattato via email e booking la struttura più volte senza mai avere risposta. L'insonorizzazione della stanza era terribile, sentivo la tv del vicino anche se la guardava a volume normale, l'unica finestra della camera dava sul ballatoio, in pratica bisognava tenere sempre le tende tirate.

Mattresses need replacing. Room is very small. Still very nice but was surprising.
La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la calle peatonal y comercial con mas vida. el acceso al garaje. Habitación muy amplia y las camas muy comodas.
Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas tal y como se ve en las fotos.
Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que yo avisé a Booking.com de que mi llegada sería posterior a la reserva y al parecer no le avisaron al hotel así que tuve un contratiempo en que me asignaran habitación. Esto sí mejoraría por parte de Booking.com, porque ponen un canal de chat disponible supuestamente hacia el hotel y no llegaron los mensajes porque sí pregunté con el hotel.
Todo estuvo bien en general, tuve un pequeña incomodidad porque la regadera de mi habitación no funcionó , me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto cuando ya me había instalado, de hecho, estuve un día sin bañarme.

The courtesy and welcome behavior. We were offered unlimited bottled water and the breakfast deal was worth it!!! The snacks offered were generous!! The young man at the front desk was amazing.

트롤리 Blue 라인 역 “H street” 에서 매우 가까워 샌디에이고 전시장까지 출퇴근이 편했음.
층간 소음이 있어 조금 불편했으며 금고는 작동되지 않았고 길 옆이라 밤시간에 차량 소음이 크게 들려 불편했음
