Das Hotel ist insgesamt baufällig und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und meine Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Ebenfalls waren Haare auf dem Bett. Bad sehr klein und wenig Funktional. An vielen Stellen Schimmel.

The location was excellent, bang in the middle of the town centre, which made getting around very easy
A third of the pool was used for a private swimming lesson (between 5pm and 7pm). This made swimming impossible. This is reflected in my ratings.
room was great slept well so did the kids
Location was ideal to get a train into London. Also, as the restaurant was closed there were some lovely places to eat nearby. Staff were lovely. Very helpful. Parking was easy although a little expensive by Birmingham standards!
A little lack of sockets particularly near a mirror. Sculpting hair was difficult.

Lovely spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family weekend break. Delicious breakfast. Great swimming pool with sauna. Lovely dinner at the restaurant.
It's a shame the restaurant was closed on Saturday, the member of staff explained it was a business hotel.
The restaurant was great but we had to wait slightly too long to be seated, the staff members seemed to be in the bar or the kitchen so unavailable. Maybe a bell that guests could ring could alert the staff that there are people waiting to be seated? Otherwise all good.
