Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Please note that for reservations with half board included, guests should have their booking confirmation at the check-in in order to collect restaurant vouchers.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel, troszkę oddalony od starówki, basen i jacuzzi na 7 piętrze z widokiem na Wisłę i Kraków robi robotę:), śniadania przepyszne, jest dosłownie wszystko, można sobie nawet gofry zrobić, rejs stateczkiem po Wiśle z przemiłym kapitanem za jedyne 20 zl, który oferuje tylko ten hotel niezapomniany, polecam ten hotel wszystkim:)

Goed hotel, met zwemmen with a view
Pros:

Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, je loopt zo naar de oude Joodse wijk. Het zwembad in de ochtend is heel tof met het uitzicht.

Крутезний дорогий готель!

Усе! SPA, сніданок, розташування, персонал. Дякую дуже!

Cons:

Навіть на чудові умови, ціна на одну ніч зі суботи на неділю на Boże Ciało була нереально висока:-( Аж так не можна:-( Тому зменшую оцінку.

Mega śniadania! Wszystko, czego zamarzysz na śniadanie, to znajdziesz, łącznie ze świeżo kiszonym barszczem bo wyciskane soki i smoothie to oczywistość. Doskonały patent na wodę do picia! Na każdego gościa czeka w pokoju zamykana karafka, do której można wlewać do woli wodę gaz/ngaz z ogólnodostępnych dystrybutorów.

Nice hotel, made better by great staff and relaxed atmosphere
Pros:

The staff are great; friendly, helpful and competent. They were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast buffet is really nice, as is the swimming pool and gym. The hotel has a “can do” attitude which is refreshing

The location is great - we’ve done staying in apartments in the old town before, but there is something in staying in a quiet, clean full service hotel a short walk away from the centre.

We’ll be back, I’m sure.

Cons:

We had two separate stays over the course of a week, and there was some variance in the otherwise identical rooms (one had a non-functioning plug socket, the other had heated tiled flooring in the bathroom). These are little things though, but suggests some maintenance variability. Had we been inclined, I suspect the staff would have moved heaven and earth to resolve (but it just wasn’t important to us)

La piscine, l'espace bien être aquatique est un plus après une journée de visite
Les chambres sont propres, et le personnel très commercial. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car l'option "vue rivière" n'était pas respectée selon nous, et le manager a fait preuve de beaucoup de souplesse et nous a immédiatement proposé une nouvelle chambre au 7e étage qui venait tout juste d'être rénovée !
