Please note that for reservations for over 10 rooms, different policies will apply.

Please note that for reservations with half board included, guests should have their booking confirmation at the check-in in order to collect restaurant vouchers.

Extra beds and cots are available on request in Junior Suites only. Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.

Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.

The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.

The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.

Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Największe wrażenie zrobił na mnie personel hotelu, wszyscy uśmiechnięci i życzliwi i służą pomocą. Pokój czysty, wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu, basen długo otwarty, a widok niesamowity.

Cons:

Wszystko na plus jedynie dostałabym do siłowni bieżnie, ale była informacja że remont sprzętu więc wszystko pozostaje w normie.

Зручне ліжко, прекрасні сніданки, красивий зручний хол і басейн. В басейні хотілося би трохи більше місця та лежаків, але насправді щастило навіть поплавати наодинці на заході сонця :)

Hotel z basenem na Podgórzu
Pros:

Największa zaleta tego hotelu to ładny basen oraz sauny. Ciekawa lokalizacja w modnym miejscu na Podgórzu. Wczesne godziny śniadań. Na miejscu hotelowa restauracja. Jedzenie dość dobre jak na tak duży obiekt.

Niektóre aspekty wymagają remontu i odświeżenia.

Lokalita hotela je vynikajuca,pri rieke,,blizko centra,židovskej štvrte, železničnej stanice,ktorá ide do mesta Wieliczka, kde sa nachádza úžasná solna bana,ktoru tiez určite odporúčam navštíviť.Izba bola čistá, dokonca v skrini sme mali žehliaca dosku so žehličkou.Ranajky vynikajuce,bohate,velky vyber všetkého ad ovocia a zeleniny,az po kvasaky a gofry palacinky,ktoré si hostia mohli urobiť sami a k nim minimálne 5 druhov džemom,nutela asi 4 druhý a samozrejme boli aj 2 druhý šľahačky.
Pri odchode sme si mohli do večera nechať auto zaparkované v podzemnej garazi.
Určite tento hotel odporucam.

Po zgubieniu ładowarki obsługa błyskawicznie zareagowała na mojego maila.Świetna obsługa!
Pros:

Dużym plusem jest basen oraz strefa wellness z pięknym widokiem. Personel był miły i pomocny. Chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Krakowie.

Pros:

Przyjazna obsługa, personel miły, uśmiechnięty. Chętny do pomocy bez sztucznego udawania uprzejmości. Hotel umiejscowiony jest 10min spacerem od historycznej dzielnicy Kazimierz, ale po drugiej stronie Wisły. Strefa basenowa ze saklanymi ścianami umieszczona na 6pietrze jest jednocześnie świetnym punktem widokowym na miasto.

Cons:

Po przybyciu pokój był niewywietrzony. Czuć było zaduch i wilgoć. Podczas śniadania na teren jadalni wpadła większa grupa osób prosto z basenu - w samych kąpielówkach, na boso, bez koszulek. Bardzo niestosowne zachowanie ,jak na część jadalnianą. Mimo to obsługa hotelu nie zareagowała w żaden sposób.
