Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Cash payments can also be made in EUR.

Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.
The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.
The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.
Due to renovation work from 07.01.2026 to 14.01.2026 the swimming pool and jacuzzi will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fantastyczny hotel , strefa SPA swietna, czynna od rana do późnego wieczora. Czysto zarówno w pokojach jak i tej strefie.
Obsługa przemiła! Zarówno w recepcji, restauracji jak i recepcji basenu- pozdrawiam ciepło Panią w blond włosach ( zapomniałam zapytać o imie) wspaniała, ciepła, uśmiechnięta osobowość!
Duzy wybor na śniadaniach,,dobre jedzenie .
Widok z pokoju obłędny. Miejsce przyjazne zwierzętom:))
Wrocimy , mamy juz recerwacje na kolejny przyjazd do tego hotelu.

Готель нам дуже сподобався, привітний та ввічливий персонал, номер був затишний та комфортний, сніданок просто шикарний, дуже великий вибір страв, все смачне та свіже, багато фруктів, десертів, басейн не дуже великий, але місця вистачало усім, чудовий вид на місто, все сподобалось, усім рекомендую

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja
Initial thoughts looks ok. Room had 2 single beds in. I expected a double or king at least. Room very average. Nothing special but shower was warm and powerful, but its in a bath thats very high. I struggled climbing and out , tiles slippery when wet - be careful. Breakfast good, had an evening meal which was also good. Pool very cold so sadly didnt go in it… needs to be warmer so probably wont go back to this hotel. Rooms average, curtain’s are not black out so i was awake at 4 ish every day from the daylight in the room.
