Definitely recommend.
Pros:

The hotel grounds are beautiful. Room was huge and clean. Hotel breakfast was fresh and had loads of options. We took a boat trip with Mohammed and this alone will make us return to the hotel, seeing the dolphins was the highlight of our stay!

Cons:

We were given a room right above the hotel stage where there were daily shows with loud music every night, we had a baby which was not ideal and it was very inconvenient for us to move once we’d settled in.

Pros:

Ein paar Angestellte waren sehr nett (z.b. Samy der Koffermann), aber andere waren sehr unaufmerksam oder gleichgültig.

Cons:

Preis ist total überrissen, wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Über EUR 215 pro Person pro Nacht und dann noch Extrakosten, das ist schon echt dreist für die gebotenen Leistungen. Das Hotel verdient keine 5 Sterne. Wir waren min. 20x im Steigenberger Coraya in Marsa Alam und Ihr seid weit davon entfernt.

L'hôtel à été rénové très récemment, il est donc impeccable !

La proximité de Downtown est un véritable atout.

L'hotel est très calme.

Cons:

Dommage que ce ce soit toujours une galère pour avoir un tuk-tuk.

Les équipements, la chambre, le personnel, le petit déjeuner ! Tout etait parfait !

Cons:

Le spa est confie a une entreprise différente, c’est dommage car pas du tout a la hauteur de l’hôtel.
Le personnel du spa a l’accueil n’est pas très agréable…
Toutefois Les masseuses sont gentilles et pro.
