Good but I hoped it to be remarkable .. 🙈☺️
Pros:

Well equipped .. excellent restaurant and lovely SPA

Cons:

It was good but I expected something special this time actually .. especially that I informed the hotel and the guest relations manager that it’s my wedding anniversary and we have being spending it at el Gouna since our married .. last three years at your hotel 🙈

Amazing stay
Pros:

Suite facilities and comfortable
Staff at all functions are professional, smiling and helpful (Housekeeping, restaurant staff and all team of the resort)

Beauty in every corner…relaxing and serene
Pros:

Aesthetically beautiful…serene and relaxing…delicious food…smart rooms and well-maintained facilities… very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the chefs at the buffet .

Cons:

That it does not directly oversee the sea. This is the case for most facilities in Gouna though. Kids didn’t like the lagoons, but enjoyed the pool. Also, there weren’t many child-friendly activities. It is more suitable for adults.

I think you should have bracelets for children under 13 years old, to avoid confusion of their age.
