Beautiful hotel, amazing stay.
Pros:

I enjoyed everything about this property. The location is fantastic. Beautiful neighbourhood that felt safe and not touristy for me and my 6 year old to walk around. The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It was quiet and felt peaceful walking in through the courtyard.

Pros:

Espacioso. Buen tamaño de la habitación. Desayuno muy completo y su personal súper amable. En la recepción faltaría más gente que hable español, pero nos arreglamos bien. Son muy atentos y predispuestos.
La ubicación es excelente. Con mucha vida a su alrededor diurna y nocturna. Variedad de restaurantes y confiterías. Un mini mercado al lado. A media cuadra está el metro lineal 4.
Wifi muy bueno. Además teníamos cafetera en la habitación y dispensar de agua en la PB. Muy bueno este servicio.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado estaba regulado a unos 25ºC y 27ºC. Muy escaso teniendo en cuenta que me tocaron días de más de 45ºC y por la noche no bajaba de 29ºC
Este es un problema muy grande en París. No están preparados para tanto calor

Comfortable and peaceful hotel close to metro and station.
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have ever had. We have stayed here for three nights. Quiet, comfy beds, relaxed breakfast room and very friendly staff. It is not the cheapest but absolutely value for money.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, all the staff we interacted with were very nice and the breakfast was very good. It is also in a great location with some very good restaurants, 2 small supermarkets in the street, a bakery and near gare Montparnasse so very well connected. We also loved the courtyard, it is great to have this little bit of green and calm at the front and back of the hotel. It makes it extra special and welcoming. We can't wait to come back. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome and contributed to a great experience.

Pros:

The hotel is renewed, has a nice garden, the rooms are small, but comfortable.
The breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful

Cons:

The parking is with a really awful access with a very narrow serpentine to enter and exit and is one way.
I had a great difficulty entering and the staff took my car at the end of our stay. Of course that was very helpful of them! But still the stress was great for me.
