The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons:

The room was so small that the bed almost touched the narrow table opposite it. There was only a very thin gap through which you could reach the other side of the bed, but even this was blocked by the coffee maker on the narrow table, which we always knocked over whenever we wanted to get to the other side of the bed.

One side of the room was a huge window, and plenty of light could have come in through it, which sounds lovely, but as it was on the ground floor and people could sit in the hotel courtyard right outside our window to have breakfast, we couldn’t draw the blackout curtains because those sitting there would have been looking straight into our bed.
