Pros:

Konum güzeldi, her yere yürüyerek gidilebilir bir yerdeydi. Naamanın merkezini çok rahat gezdik. Personellerle düzgün iletişim kuramıyorsunuz fakat müdürleri ile göüştüğümüzde ufak birkaç sorunumuzu güzelce çözdüler. Teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Odaların temizliği ve personelin turizm anlayışı ve turist karşılaması çok kötüydü. Çok erken saatte aldığımız bir turumuz vardı. Akşamdan lunch box istedik olmaz dediler. Sabahta kahvaltı saatinden 10 dk önce kahvaltı yapmamıza izin vermediler. Sonra başkalarının lunch boxlarını verdiler. Saçma sapan bir durum yaşandı. Odalar kötüydü konuştuk anlattık upgreat yaptılar sağolsunlar.

Very poor feels like 3* in reality

I had a very negative experience at Naama Bay Promenade Hotel.

During a spa service located inside the hotel, $100 was stolen from me. The hotel refused to take any responsibility and offered no refund or proper compensation, saying it was “my fault”. Tourist safety is clearly not a priority here.

Other serious issues:
• No private hotel beach
• Food was poor and repetitive, only one type of meat, low quality
• Staff at the buffet and around the hotel looked annoyed and uninterested, as if guests owe them something
• Bar closes at 22:00 — this is not acceptable for a 5★ all-inclusive hotel
• Reception is chaotic: staff ignores guests, answers phone calls while you are waiting and even gestures to “wait” with fingers
• Very poor English and Russian skills
• Prices are overrated for the level of service

This hotel is not a 5-star property. At best it is 3 stars.
It is not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel.
