Pros:

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a damp smell and a cigarette smell in the room. Also, the shower was inside the bathtub rather than having a separate shower area, which I found inconvenient.

Never again !

Very bad !
During our stay in Egypt, we had several disappointing experiences at this hotel.

The shower was dirty, and the water came out brownish-red. The air conditioning was broken, and instead of giving us another room, the hotel sent a technician to repair it while we were sleeping, which was very disturbing.

There was also a leak from the ceiling, leaving the floor wet all the time. In addition, we ordered room service but found a hair in the food. We immediately called to have it taken away without eating it. The hotel apologized and gave us a fruit plate, but at check-out they still charged us for the meal. We explained that we should not have to pay for food that was contaminated and never eaten, but they refused.
Never again !

Cons:

We reported these issues to the hotel during our stay, but they were not properly resolved. We are disappointed and would like Booking.com to review this matter.

كل شيء تمام وخصوصا مستر خالد في الاستقبال كان متعاون و قام بتغيير الغرف حسب الطلب.

Cons:

لابد من وجود مصاعد للمباني العالية في الفندق و كلوب كار تنقل النزلاء من القسم الثاني خلف الطريق لمبنى الفندق الرئيسي و المرافق العامة.
