Best resort in Karon!
Pros:

Amazing pools, customer service, staff are incredible and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The rooms are cleaned daily! My favourite resort ever!

Nice interior design.
The kid’s club was nice they enjoyed it.

Cons:

It doesn’t say anywhere But there is construction right next to the hotel we could not be in the room it was very noisy 10am-5pm
And also a big part of the kids pool is under construction as well and my 4 y son was devastated. It was part of the reason we booked that place.

Pros:

Uitstekende locatie en dicht bij het strand, leuke zwembaden. Net ontbijt.

Cons:

Nooit meer. De kamers zijn verschrikkelijk gehorig, er zijn hele dunne tussenmuren gebruikt. Je kan letterlijk de buren horen praten als die normaal in gesprek zijn met elkaar. We zijn één keer van kamer gewisseld ivm geluidsoverlast en we zijn één keer gewisseld ivm een stjnkende muf ruikende airconditioning. Leek net of er gerookt werd in de kamer. Bij inspectie bleek dat de filters vervangen moesten worden. Verder zijn de afspraken die we met het management gemaakt hebben over tegemoetkoming niet nagekomen. Voor ons nooit meer Centara Karon Resort. NIET boeken. Onbetrouwbaar en kan je geen afspraken mee maken.

Location was nice

Cons:

When check out they told me that we took something from the mini bar which im sure we didnt take any and I confirmed that we didnt but they told maybe the kids took something but i re confirmed that we didnt. Yet they still charged me.

For me its not about the money. But charging me for something i didnt take felt like im being scammed.
