Localização e conforto. Bom café da manhã e amplo estacionamento.

Déçu par l’accueil

L’accueil avec notre chien Teckel nain malgré que cet établissement accepte les animaux un supplément de 60€ nous a été demandé sans aucune prestation en retour.
Nous n’avions pas l’autorisation d’aller à la piscine avec lui ni de dîner au restaurant même en terrasse ni de prendre le petit déjeuner en salle nous avons été mis à l’écart dans le bar.
Je vous rappelle que nous étions en Italie où les chiens sont acceptés pratiquement partout même dans les magasins d’alimentation.
Il va de soit que nous sommes déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui je le pense devrait plutôt indiquer qu’il n’accepte pas les animaux pour éviter ce genre de désagrément .

Leider keine gute Wahl. Es gibt enormes Verbesserungspotential.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut, das Bett richtig schön. Der Pool war okay, aber etwas kalt. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Rezeption sehr gut. Parkplätze sind kostenlos im Hotelhof vorhanden.

Cons:

Am Abend mussten wir 30 Minuten an den Bars warten, bis wir bedient wurden und wollten schon entnervt gehen. Dabei sind wir von der Pool- zur Hotelbar gewechselt. Für ein derartiges Hotel absolut mangelhaft. Das Frühstück war weder lecker noch gut. Viel zu viel Plastik, Cappuccino aus dem Automaten zum selber machen, Plastikbecher für den Saft,… In Italien haben wir noch nie so schlecht gefrühstückt.

Confortável, organizado e com um excelente café da manhã, foi o hotel que mais bem me atendeu durante minha viagem de duas semanas pela Itália. Atenção para o atendimento do Guilherme na recepção, brasileiro ajudou muito a conseguir umas instruções em português sobre Sienna

Pros:

bed was clean and room was cool temperature.

Cons:

Little flies in the lobby, female staff at the kitchen served me the wrong dish with salami. Had told her I was vegetarian. She took the plate back used the same bread for the vegetarian sandwich, later found pieces of salami in the sandwich. Manager apologized however this should never had happened.
