Room beside elevator, could here all night.
Walls paper thin and so is door so hear everything and everyone at all hours.
Bathroom door broken, shower mouldy and shower heating control not working.

Drab colour scheme and a soulless atmosphere. Hotel geared towards conferences rather than holiday makers with different needs. Reception staff not friendly. No restaurant in the evening.

I found the lighting very dingy in both rooms
Initially, I was given a very tiny room with a high bed that it was hard to get in and out of. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was unbearably hot.
The staff acted very appropriately and transferred me to a much bigger and more comfortable room with working Aircon. I was very happy with the action taken to resolve the issue

We love the location and price for the hotel. Every time we come we feel very welcome.

Location close to the city centre & nice room overlooking the river. Very welcoming staff. Able to store bags on site after check out until later in the afternoon.
A little bit tired looking in places. Reception toilets need an update.
