Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff went above and beyond and catered to our every need. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds very comfy too.
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and freshly cooked to order, we can’t bear hotel buffets, so this was perfect for us.
Hotel is perfectly located close to Marina, restaurants and only a short drive to Anacapri.
I would definitely stay here again and couldn’t fault a thing!

Our stay at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco was absolutely exceptional.

From the moment we arrived in Capri, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff met us at the harbor, helped us with everything, and made us feel like valued guests from the very first minute.

We were generously upgraded to a beautiful room with a breathtaking sea view, which made our stay even more special. Throughout our visit, every member of the staff treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They were always available to help, arrange transportation, recommend excellent restaurants, and suggest wonderful places to enjoy the stunning views of Capri.

What impressed us most was not only the excellent service, but the sincere care and friendliness shown by everyone at the hotel. We felt less like customers and more like guests in a beautiful home.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We will always remember our time at Excelsior Parco and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Capri.

We stayed at Excelsior Parco during our visit to Capri, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect—far enough from the crowds and chaos of the town center to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough that getting downtown is easy, especially after the day-trippers leave the island and Capri becomes truly magical.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly romantic. It has a classic charm that feels authentic to Capri rather than overly commercial. The property is impeccably maintained, and we especially appreciated their commitment to environmental sustainability, which is evident throughout the hotel.

The food was excellent, and we genuinely enjoyed our meals there. Another huge advantage is the complimentary transportation service to both the town center and the port. Honestly, that’s all you need to enjoy the island without worrying about logistics.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was exceptionally kind, professional, and hardworking. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us and elevated an already wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spacious and facing the water! The price was so good!

Our stay at the Luxury Villa Excelsior in Capri was one of the highlights of our trip, and we were so sad to leave! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The location was perfect—easy to reach by boat, yet tucked away from the crowds. It was so peaceful and relaxing. When we arrived, Emanuel and Gaia greeted us with such warmth and kindness. They immediately made us feel at home and were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. One of the things we appreciated was the hotel's driver service. Being able to call for a ride to and from the shopping and dining areas made everything so easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful grounds, elegant design, and tranquil atmosphere made it feel less like a hotel and more like our own private villa in Capri. Another highlight was the food. Breakfast every morning was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It felt like a gourmet dining experience to start each day. We absolutely loved our stay. We hope we can return again soon!!!

The Villa Excelsior Parco was a little piece of paradise in Capri. Set in a quiet location overlooking the ocean/seaview in an English garden setting surrounded by pink and white roses with complementing geraniums. Upon our arrival we were greeted by receiving staff at the ferry then to the hotel shuttle driver who then took us the hotel, we greeted by Gaia whom escorted us into the garden area with complimentary wine and snacks, with map in hand she guided us to all the main attractions of Capri which was very helpful, surprisingly upgraded our room. Breakfast is included and served in a beautiful solarium of the menu per order which was exceptional and delicious . The Dinner menu is just as delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. Room service was exceptional with fresh towels placed 2 x daily morning and evening everything was very clean.
In addition to this beautiful Luxury Villa is the friendly hospitality of all the staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail with surprise birthday celebrations for their guests . I celebrated my birthday there and made all arrangements possible for my partner. Their concierge service is available to you upon request and, they will make all arrangements for your special occasion. I am rating 10/10
