there were many choices for breakfast and the service was good , the quality of the food and coffee needs improvement. the garden was lovely with fantastic view . The concierge service was superb they helped us a lot with booking activities and suggesting great restaurants. the view from our room was unforgetable.
we appreciate good coffee and we were expecting to have good coffee in Italy but we were disappointed with what we had. I think the quality of the coffee was good but the problem was with th emachines.

My wife and I had our 50th wedding anniversary at Villa Excelsior Parco. The hotel is small but beautiful. Our room was clean and the staff catered to all our needs. The food is exceptional. We had our anniversary dinner there and they made it very special. Would definitely stay again if we return to Capri.

We stayed at Excelsior Parco during our four day visit to Capri. The location is perfect— peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough that getting downtown is easy, only a five minute drive with the complementary shuttle ! The room was very nice and comfortable, great view from the balcony to the sea (morning coffee with a view) ! The hotel is smaller, intimate and a top notch experience.
If anyone - like us - have grown tired of big hotels where you are one among thousands, this is the place to stay!
The service at all times wonderfully smooth, impeccable and friendly, breakfast great, food fantastic, I could go on…but more than anything we felt relaxed, taken care of and ’part of the family’ of Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff went above and beyond and catered to our every need. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds very comfy too.
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and freshly cooked to order, we can’t bear hotel buffets, so this was perfect for us.
Hotel is perfectly located close to Marina, restaurants and only a short drive to Anacapri.
I would definitely stay here again and couldn’t fault a thing!

What a wonderful hotel and wonderful experience! Beautiful setting, beautiful views and the staff was amazing! Room was a bit small for what I expected, but we were never there. We were touring around and when we came back we were at the terrance pool, or on the roof pool or in our hot tub on the balcony of the room so who cared! Thank you all for a fantastic stay!
Our stay at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco was absolutely exceptional.
From the moment we arrived in Capri, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff met us at the harbor, helped us with everything, and made us feel like valued guests from the very first minute.
We were generously upgraded to a beautiful room with a breathtaking sea view, which made our stay even more special. Throughout our visit, every member of the staff treated us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They were always available to help, arrange transportation, recommend excellent restaurants, and suggest wonderful places to enjoy the stunning views of Capri.
What impressed us most was not only the excellent service, but the sincere care and friendliness shown by everyone at the hotel. We felt less like customers and more like guests in a beautiful home.
