The cleanliness and location
We were disappointed that the spa wasn’t hot. Even when we asked it did not seem like a priority
Location was good, facilities were good
Guest provisions were lacking (2 x tea bags, 1 x single use shampoo) longlife milk was 14 days before expiry and off (curdled) and only 1 provided, no heating in room (only cooling available on A/C unit), TV was hard to use, had to log into media service and vague instructions, bathroom and room not overly clean, dust and grime evident

The location was quite central to everything. The rooms were clean tidy comfortable with everything that I needed. It was adults only. The staff were friendly and accommodating with any special requests

We were initially disappointed about our room at end looking at wall instead of pool. It was badly appointed with things like no room for bags in bedroom so had to put them in lounge. We complained and the lovely receptionist moved us to room that was beautiful with view and access to pool. Hotel rooms do need updating of things like the floor (for instance). Bit dated.

It was quiet, clean and a comfy bed
Stayed here for a week. Had a lovely welcome and the apartment was good, fresh clean decor, superb air con which is much needed! Plenty of storage, comfy bed, hot water and decent shower. Room was spotlessly clean and fresh as was the whole resort.
The staff were all kind, helpful and friendly.
Balcony overlooked the pool area and the whole stay was quite peaceful. The pool was a nice temperature and the jacuzzi was always working. It was very quiet while we were there so always got a sun lounger.
A very nice understated place to stay literally around the corner from Mc Crossan Street and all its shops and bars and eateries. Four Mile Beach is a few minutes walk away.
It was incredible to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the wildlife, of which there is a lot here! Flying foxes, Rainbow Lorikeets, Butcherbirds, Cockatoos and many more.
It’s a self catering complex but there is a bbq facility by the pool and plenty of facilities in the apartment to cook. It was really handy having a washing machine and tumble dryer right outside the door. A welcome pack was provided with washing powder, detergent and sponges etc for cleaning. I’d definitely stay again.
The property and room was very clean. The location was fantastic. A quick stroll had you in the bar & restaurant areas. Staff were great. Pool looked great but a little chilly to have a swim. Would definitely book there again.
