Resort doesn’t do breakfast
The pool could have been warmer but was okay
The location was great. Walk to the main street and venues as well as 4 mile beach.
The adults only aspect of the accommodation was fantastic and then main reason we chose to stay there.
The rooms were basic. Our balcony was so small that we could only sit the 2 of us - no table to sit and relax around.
The ground floor rooms had easy access to the pool and their own pool beds. This meant that there were limited beds for the rest of the guests.
Staff friendly, heated pool the best, location excellent. Rooms clean and tidy.
9a the bed was terrible, unfortunately sleeping well is an important part of your holiday. We were there 9 nights. The bed wasn't fit for purpose. Soft is an understatement, the springs were shot and gave no support and sagged in the middle. I woke up every morning feeling terrible with a stiff back, sleep was terrible. We spoke to management, who said they couldn't do anything and that all the beds are soft. The mattress needs to be replaced. A person in 9B made a similar comment, and I felt the bed in 8b when the room was being cleaned which was also soft.

Our room 7B was directly across from front desk so busier and noisier than the other rooms- that was not disclosed when I booked a garden view room.
Also, Extra blankets in closet were definitely NOT freshly laundered

we liked, the location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the pool was nice.

The property was very peaceful and was perfect for a relaxing break. We loved the pool area. We had a swim up room which was very nice. We also used the BBQ which was a great facility to have and was very clean. The location was perfect and close distance to restaurants and bars.
Although we had a beautiful swim up room, at times we had to use the shared sunbeds around the pool to get sun as the swim up rooms were located in the shade. We felt bad doing this when we had sunbeds on our own balcony.

Being on a busy corner there was a lot of traffic noise.
Location was good, facilities were good
Guest provisions were lacking (2 x tea bags, 1 x single use shampoo) longlife milk was 14 days before expiry and off (curdled) and only 1 provided, no heating in room (only cooling available on A/C unit), TV was hard to use, had to log into media service and vague instructions, bathroom and room not overly clean, dust and grime evident

We were disappointed that the spa wasn’t hot. Even when we asked it did not seem like a priority

The location was quite central to everything. The rooms were clean tidy comfortable with everything that I needed. It was adults only. The staff were friendly and accommodating with any special requests
