Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Rooms are frequently described as very clean and well maintained, though a few mentions of pool-area grime and rust lower the perfect score slightly.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful, and accommodating (early check-in, special gestures), supporting a strong service rating.
Location
9.3
Multiple reviewers note an excellent, convenient location within walking distance of entertainment and restaurants; one safety-related incident in the area is an outlier.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are generally comfortable and spacious, but there are several complaints about bed comfort and some in-room issues (TV signal/remote, intermittent internet).
Amenities
8.4
Breakfast is consistently good, but the pool and pool area receive multiple complaints (cold water, noisy, poorly stocked, rust/standing water), and no hot tub was noted.
Value for Money
9
Guests describe the hotel as reasonably priced and a good value for the location and service, with a few comments of 'you get what you pay for.'
Food and Beverage
9.4
Continental breakfast is frequently praised (wide selection and quality typical of the brand), with only a few minor comments about limited choices.
Overall Experience
9.4
Most guests report a great stay and willingness to return, citing cleanliness, friendly staff, location, and breakfast; isolated negatives (pool, beds, area safety) reduce but do not dominate overall sentiment.

Otherwise fine
Cons:

Noise from other guest too late and too early.
Wish you would carry non dairy milk. Needed for those who need to avoid dairy and at least eat cereal for breakfast

Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was spacious and clean.
