部屋の掃除が遅い、連泊で15時なのにまだ行われていなかった。
La ubicación es excelente. Tiene una terraza con unas vistas estupendas. Desayuno muy variado y completo.

Location is great for families 15 min away from la rambla. Safe and calm area. Lots of cafes and good restaurants around Lots of taxis and easy transport.u can walk all over barsha and reach all attractions

A wonderful place with excellent service! Our room was cleaned every day, and the welcome
items provided were more than enough — a bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, and a wide range of toiletries, including a razor and shaving gel.
Our room also had a coffee machine with capsules and everything needed to make coffee. The hotel also offers additional services such as laundry, massages, and more.
We were extremely happy with the breakfast as well — it was rich, varied, and offered plenty of options. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
The terrace had an amazing view, and having room service available was another great plus.
The location was what impressed us the most and was the main reason we chose this hotel — it is in a very convenient area, close to all the main attractions and central parts of the city.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily come back again!
The bathroom is a little unusual. We were told at reception that the hotel had experienced flooding some time ago, and because of this, you need to press the toilet flush button several times before the water from the cistern starts running. It’s not a major issue, but it’s good to know about it and be warned in advance.
Most of the rooms also don’t have balconies, and apparently the windows are normally not allowed to be opened. We asked at reception if they could open the window for us, and they said they would, but unfortunately, this was never done.
Perfect location for visiting all the amazing attractions in Barcelona. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend staying here!!
