Tout le personnel (sauf une personne a l'accueil qui n'est jamais de bonne humeur ni accueillant) est super a l'écoute et agréable.
Les demandes sont prises en compte, la demi-pension est super ! Le restaurant pour le dîner est vraiment très bien avec la formule entrée plat dessert.
Nous avons eu un suivi et une aide permanente du personnel qui nous a suivi depuis notre arrivée nous les remercions encore !
La personne qui manque de professionnalisme a l'accueil mais heureusement il n'y a quelle.
Un des jaccuzis n'était pas fonctionnel.

Sur les 2 jacuzzi un seul étais en état de marche du coup nous avons pas pu utiliser au moment où l’ont a souhaiter
Location is great. Walking distance to many spots and many good restaurants around.

L’emplacement dans l’eixample, près de tout : ce n’est pas pour rien qu’il s’appelle Center.
L’amabilité du personnel: de celui qui ouvre la porte au room service passant par la femme de chambre et la réception, tout le monde est au petit soin.
Petit-déjeuner varié pour tout les goûts et horaires assez larges.
Literie très confortable. Belle terrasse surtout la nuit.
S’il y avait eu une piscine ça aurait été parfait mais le jacuzzi fait l’affaire pour une trempette dans l’eau.

Non si è capito se le pulizie in camera vengono fatte solo se si espone il cartello fuori dalla porta, visto che una mattina non hanno pulito la camera
Location was great. Center of the city.
Day one when we arrive the hot water was out. Coming back from a humid area and having no ability to have a warm shower or a nice shower it was just cold water. Hot water wasn’t available until 8:39 PM that night after traveling over 24 hours we had already gone to bed. Requested some type of compensation from the staff and they said no you have water available even though it was cold.

Room very clean and nice, exactly as in the pictures and with Aircon which is a plus in europe.
Very central location, we walked to most of the places.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choices of all kind.
