Wonderful
Pros:

The staff was wonderful.
They took care of an issue with a third party booking. Let us extend our stay so the grandkids could come and swim. I will stay there again.

Dingy and dirty
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

It's outdated and dingy looking. Our room on the second floor had ants crawling on the tables. The beds weren't comfortable and there was yellow stains on the mattress cover. It looked like someone spit hockers in the toilet when we first got in our room. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the guest next door to us using the bathroom. We won't be staying there again.

I didn’t stay there
Cons:

I booked the hotel then canceled it but then rebooked it but when I got to the hotel, they didn’t have a room for us then told us to call booking.com which told us we were supposed to be in that hotel then booking.com called the hotel and got no response then emailed the hotel and said if the hotel didn’t respond within 30 minutes, I’d get refunded. But it’s the simple fact they didn’t have a room for us even then booking.com told us they did so we had to go to another hotel farther away

The most welcoming hotel we have ever stayed at!!!!
Pros:

You will not be disappointed if you stay here, they are the nicest and most caring staff we have ever been around! The location is perfect if you are attending a Reds game or going to Riverbend for a concert, or just want a little getaway. There are a few restaurants and a gas station within walking distance, and plenty of shopping a couple miles down the road. We have been staying here a little over a year while in town to watch the Reds play and a lot of times end up staying a couple extra days just because it feels like home. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. Also there is a pool and a nice little workout room here as well! We will never stay anywhere else while in this area!!!!!
