Pros:

Posizione non male. La pulizia è ok però la doccia non è per niente in altezza di un hotel 4 stelle.

Cons:

Lo staff non era molto collaborativo, mi hanno fatto pagare una tripla ma hanno dato una camera doppia, non hanno voluto/capito che bisognava rimborsare la differenza del prezzo. Il bagno è pulito in generale ma la doccia proprio non è messo molto bene. Bisogna ristrutturarlo perché era molto giallo. E la colazione che deve finire alle 10.30 subito inizia a sgombrarsi alle 10.

Un 4 stelle da rivedere soprattutto nella customer satisfaction

L’Hotel è in una posizione centrale da cui è possibile raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse a piedi

Cons:

La camera per quanto una deluxe e overall nuova, presenta diversi problemi tra cui essendo sulla strada ha una finestra abbastanza grande ma non apribile (al di là di una piccola porzione in alto che era comunque bloccata). Aprirla vorrebbe dire stare sul marciapiede della strada. Questo la rende molto rumorosa soprattutto di notte. In camera abbiamo trovato un la blatta che si è nascosta dietro il battiscopa per cui abbiamo dormito in compagnia perché purtroppo non c’erano altre camere della stessa categoria libere. Quando abbiamo riportato il problema alla reception la risposta è stata: non è una cosa così grave c’è in molti altri hotel, le blatte non mordano e non portano infezioni!! Poi un ragazzo della manutenzione è venuto a stanarla! non abbiamo ricevuto neppure un caffè come compensation come ci si aspetterebbe in un 4 stelle, ma
siamo stati trattati come se stessimo esagerando. Infine, la pressione della doccia era molto debole pur essendo al piano terra.

Zentral, sehr sauber und ideal für einen Städtetrip von 5 Tagen

Sehr zentrales Hotel nahe am Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella.
Nettes Personal an der Reception, eher mässiges Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet!
Das laute Klappern und eintischen des Geschirrs, war eher störend, an einem friedlichen Morgen!
Eine einzige Dame hatte einmal ein Lächeln für die Gäste, die andere tat ihren Dienst!
Prima Frühstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Hotel 4 stelle con camere Classic da 2 stelle. Quando prenotate assicuratevi che vi vengano assegnate le camere superior ristrutturate di recente. Buona posizione ma in zona ztl. La colazione è nella norma. Non ha il parcheggio.
