Pros:

El personal, muy amable. El buffet del desayuno estaba muy bien, en mi opinión. La zona. Se puede ir dando un paseo a los sitios de interés. Está muy cercano a la estación del tren.

Pros:

A localização é muito boa, principalmente se você quiser fazer bate e volta para outras cidades da Toscana, pois o hotel fica muito perto da estação de trem e de ônibus.
O café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto e o banheiro são bons em relação ao espaço, o box é um pouco apertado para quem for grande. Para a minha família foi uma experiência muito boa. Indicamos com certeza.

Cons:

No primeiro dia ao descer na estação de trem fiquei um pouco impactada, muita gente concentrada e muito barulho na rua, mas depois, entendemos o fluxo e ficamos mais tranquilos.

Pros:

Lo staff gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la stanza e ce ne hanno subito assegnata un’altra;
Ottima la colazione, e ottima anche la posizione dell’hotel, vicinissimo sia alla stazione che al centro (e alla Visarno Arena).

Cons:

La prima stanza aveva molta muffa nel bagno e non funzionava la luce, solo le abat-jour: non ritengo fosse una camera da hotel a 4 stelle
