Nella doccia gli accessori per appoggiare gli shower gel erano di plastica bianca , le grucce erano le grucce di metallo da tintoria, mi sarei aspettata degli accessori diversi per un 4 stelle

Appena arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra, abbiamo chiesto di pulire ed è stato fatto, peccato che dopo abbiamo trovato anche l’involucro di una cartina di drum attaccato in terra, che prima non avevamo visto. Nonostante la “doppia” pulizia stava ancora lì. C’è un termostato in camera ma non si può regolare la temperatura, ho provato a chiamare in reception per capire ma il telefono non funzionava. Scendo e mi dicono che già sapevano che non funzionava (ma nessuno l’aveva aggiustato?). La mattina a colazione, a parte trovare una scelta scarsissima di opzioni perché terminate (nonostante la grande quantità di ospiti che si sono presentati alla nostra stessa ora), abbiamo dovuto chiedere tazze e posate perché non venivano riportate autonomamente dal personale.
Da un 4 stelle direi che si può pretendere di più.

Tutto perfetto per trascorrere una notte tranquilla e di riposo, ma comunque vicino a tutte le comodità e la tangenziale di Milano

Cons:

Che a causa di una sola lamentela, l'aria condizionata sia stata chiusa su tutte le camere con conseguente innalzamento a 28 gradi della camera rendendola veramente di difficile utilizzo

Cons:

Personnel peu aimable, refus de baisser la climatisation qui ne se règle pas dans la chambre et refus de fournir du linge de lit (housse de couette) alors qu'il fait trop froid dans la chambre.
