It was pretty good. Staffs were attentive.
Pros:

Room was spacious and there were complimentary drinks. Buffet breakfast was good even if they didn’t have chicken sausages available, all are pork.

Cons:

Limited parking. Online reservation is not guaranteed even if they said they will. They were still bottles of beer from the last guests who used our room, a food tray and even stain like blood on the curtain.

Cons:

Das Abendessen zur Halbpension war unterirdisch. Einmal Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat oder Tiefkühlseelachs mit Kartoffelsalat vorher eine klare Brühe und danach ein kleines Eis. Den zweiten Tag wieder Tiefkühlseelachs mit Kartoffelsalat
oder Hähnchenbrust mit Gemüse. Dafür wird ein Preis von 45,00€ aufgerufen.
Ich frage mich wo die guten Bewertungen her kommen.

Pros:

The apartment is gorgeous, everything was there. We checked in with water and juice in the fridge, all the spices, and even the pasta were great. My child loved it. We'll recommend it to all our friends who are visiting Zadar. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. The fish market is nearby, and everything in the area is nearby. We didn't need to call a taxi. Everything was great, we were very happy.

Gutes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Touren mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge, sauberer SPA-Bereich, das super gute Frühstück und das aufmerksame Personal beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider gibt es auf dem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, was insbesondere bei höheren Temperaturen den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt.
Beim Checkout hatte ich an der Rezeption vorab angekündigt, dass sich unser Auschecken vermutlich um etwa fünf Minuten verzögern würde. Auf diese Information reagierte die Dame am Empfang aus meiner Sicht unnötig schnippisch und wenig verständnisvoll. Letztlich haben wir bereits um 11:03 Uhr ausgecheckt und die Rechnung beglichen. Die Reaktion stand daher für mich in keinem Verhältnis zur tatsächlichen Verzögerung.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Qualität und es waren genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Sicher ist das Hotel ideal als Startpunkt für Touren in die Umgebung.

Cons:

Leider hat nicht jeder Bereich einen Fahrstuhl und das kann mit schweren Koffern eine Herausforderung sein. Auch hatte unser Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, lag aber komplett in der Nachmittagssonne. Erst die kühlere Nacht ermöglichte eine angenehme Schlaftemperatur.

Highly recommend the hotel for anyone coming to the area.
Pros:

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was super helpful - after knowing we are traveling with two children, they offered a room upgrade with a little more charge. Room was clean and tidy. Bed and shower were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices carefully prepared from fresh-squeezed juice to eggs, bread, cheese, and sausages.
