PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

The staff is friendly, but only as much as you would expect in an hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the view.

⚠️PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. WE GOT BED BUGS FROM THIS HOTEL. From the night we arrived, we could already see how dirty the room was. We didn’t get a new room right away. After 2 days all 3 of us got 10/15 bites all over our bodies (bed bug bites are way more painful and ichty than mosquito bites) the morning after the night we found the nest of these things we requested our money back from booking.com this hotel only agreed to refund the remaining these we didn’t use. No one apologized to us nothing, one of them “never heard of bed bugs in 7 years working there” yet I found reviews on tripadvisor and other platforms back to 2019 about this. I was worried for other visitors so told them to throw away the matress, they tell you “yes yes madame we will get on it!” Yet the day after when we went to isola bella beach we saw new towells over the balcony of our room!!! Human lives, health means nothing to these people! We had to throw away all our clothes and suitcases! SHAME ON THIS HOTEL AND ITS OWNERS

Die Lage ist sehr schön mit tollem Blick aufs Meer - schöner Pool und gutes Frühstück und sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - alles etwas älter und teilweise sehr modernisierungsbedürftig

Posizione e staff cortese.

Cons:

Che dire: arrivare in un angolo di paradiso e trovare una camera indecente come quella che ci hanno riservato in questa struttura, ovviamente a prezzi del luogo, rappresenta una delusione inimmaginabile. A parte la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff, che tengo a puntualizzare, la camera era sporca, ho trovato le lenzuola macchiate ed ho dovuto chiederne il cambio, il tutto, dal mobilio alle pareti, è degli anno 80 mai ristrutturato e mal tenuto. Il bagno era praticamente inagibile, doccia minuscola con ante scorrevoli rotte, i rubinetti verdi di calcare, tavoletta water rotta e seduta complicata per questioni di spazio. Per fortuna sono rimasto solo una notte e ho trascorso il resto del tempo in spiaggia.

Good location but rooms in need of modernisation.
Pros:

The sea view was fantastic

Cons:

It was in need of a renovation. Rooms were tired and beds not comfortable, noisy A/C. Minimal staffing too.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica sia per andare alla spiaggia Isola Bella sia per raggiungere la funivia per il centro città. La vista su Isola Bella é senza eguali. Lo staff é molto gentile e la colazione é abbondante e variegata.

Cons:

L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, ma paragonando il costo di altre strutture nella stessa zona (e con una vista peggiore su Isola Bella), questo senza dubbio ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji, śniadanie urozmaicone( dostępne owoce, jogurty i klasyka jajko pod 2 postaciami:-),
Przepiękny widok z pokoju na Isola Bella.

Cons:

To akurat niezależne od hotelu,ale dojście do plaży ulicą bez pobocza, sporo schodów do pokonania...plaża kamienista..o czym wiedzieliśmy, buty do wody konieczne, można czywiście kupić schodząc po schodach...jak zresztą wiele innych rzeczy.

Great view of Isola Bella !
Pros:

The view from the room was absolutly the best I've ever had. Really close to the cable car...and the stairs to go down to the beach.

Cons:

The pool area, plus it closes at 5pm. The bed, OMG, the single room bed is atrocious and the pillows were awful also. The coffee at the breakfast area came from a machine..it was horrible.
