Categories

Cleanliness
8
Multiple reviewers specifically called rooms and common areas very clean; overall cleanliness is a clear strength, though some guests noted property maintenance issues (exposed nails near jacuzzi, peeling seating, weathered windows) that slightly detract.
Service
8.5
Staff are frequently described as friendly, accommodating and efficient; several guests praised the service. There are isolated reports of miscommunication (early check-in charge confusion) but the dominant sentiment is positive.
Location
8.5
Location is consistently cited as convenient—close to thoroughfares, shops and desired destinations—with good parking and a quiet neighborhood. One guest felt the immediate area was a little iffy, but most feedback is favorable.
Room Quality
7.5
Beds and pillows are frequently praised (very comfortable); rooms include useful amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee). However there are notable negatives: a poorly prepared pull-out bed with mattress breakdown, a toilet that is too low for some guests, and a few comments about rooms feeling outdated.
Amenities
8
Pool and hot tub are called clean and pleasant, and in-room amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee) work well. Breakfast service is available (see Food and Beverage). Minor issues: limited pool/hot tub hours for some guests and one report of soap causing a rash.
Value for Money
7.5
Some guests noted a great price and good value, but others felt the property is somewhat outdated for the price and pointed to small maintenance issues and a troubling early-check-in charge incident that reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast is regularly highlighted as a strength—good variety, fresh options and friendly staff—though a few guests mentioned missing items (bagels) or not enjoying the breakfast experience.
Overall Experience
8
Most guests report a positive stay and say they would stay again; overall impressions are favorable due to service, cleanliness, location and comfortable beds, tempered by some room-quality and maintenance concerns.

Overall i would stay here again
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was excellent and surprised me.

Cons:

the king size bed was great however the pull out bed was not great. The bed was not prepped for our arrival and you could see the break down of the mattress.

It was excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice. There was a good variety of options and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. The shower was excellent! When I looked at the shower head, I thought that it might be one of those rain heads that I don't like. The shower was so invigorating! I like the soaps and amenities that are not the single use kind. Overall, it was a good experience.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that was worth complaining about. They did a great job.
