Would never stay here again.
Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Everyday something new was out of order. Coffee pot in room with no coffee. No ice the entire stay.

VERY DISPOINTING
Pros:

Bed was ok clean.

Cons:

Ac controls missing couldn't set temp very well or the blower speed.no hand soap shampoo empty or half full .ac loud than normal. Smoke alarm going off 348 am no sleep,staff just looked at me no words when gave him alarm.no coffee in room,thats biggie for me.
Went down check out,hoping get some the machine said out order. I know it's holiday, but for 202 night was very disappointing.

Not the Best Western
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The food at breakfast (watery scrambled eggs) wasn't very appetizing, and was over- cooked. The potatoes were stale. Fruit was old. The appliance (pancake maker, coffee machine and the juice dispenser) often were malfunctioning or not working at all.
Bagels were stale and hard.
Another issue was there at least 6 false fire alarms, usually in the early hours of the morning.
And the ice machine has to be replaced.

The stay was pleasant. Just a few things as mentioned above that did not meet expectations.
Pros:

Location was nice, Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Pool was not clean until the last day, False Fire alarm in the middle of the night, No cleaning of the room during the stay.

Safety in jeopardy!
Pros:

Location was ideal.

Cons:

At 1:30AM the fire alarm went off. Guests start to file out. Front desk workers were nowhere to be found. No announcements, no head counts, wasn't getting guests from rooms. Another guest comes outside and says they are doing a test.
Fire dept shows up and says a smoke alarm alerted them to the upstairs portion of the hotel. Again, no announcements from the front desk workers (2 young men) once the fire dept shows up the guys from the front desk come out from the closed door before the desk area.

I have reached out to management several times and they have not responded to me or to the Booking.com representative.

I wouldn't stay at this location. Your safety may be in jeopardy.

Do Better Best Western
Pros:

Location for us. Pricing but hell we should paid more for a better place

Cons:

The beds are outdated, the towels were so little i had to use two to dry off with , they were rough and old, food WAS HORRIBLE THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE SICK.

Nice location.

Cons:

The pool, ice machine, and pancake maker were all broken. There was a blanket for the pull out couch but no sheet, I had to go to retrieve one. We requested our room be cleaned so that we would have towels and washcloths after our day at Busch Gardens. We returned to have the beds made but no clean towels or washcloths. I once again had to go retrieve them. We were booked for two nights and the second morning still did not have ice or pancakes.
