Un hotel acogedor en Barranquilla
Pros:

La ubicación, la atención como siempre excelente, la cama la amé muy cómoda, la habitación muy espaciosa y el desayuno espectacular muy variado.

Cons:

Ojalá en recepción nos informaran mas sobre las demás amenidades a las cuales teníamos acceso, como el gimnasio y el sauna. No las utilizamos porque nos enteramos al final de la estadía.

Perdio una estrella...!
Pros:

Tiene muy buena cama y buen aislamiento del ruido exterior, muy espacioso (teniamos suite), aunque quedamos en un septimo piso fue muy tranquilo en temas de sonido, el desayuno bueno aunque se demoraban en reponer las opciones ue se iban agotando.

Cons:

El Dann ha perdido una estrella no puede clasificarse como de 5 estrellas. Iniciando por la recepcion amoblada por epoca del mundial con unas mesas de muy baja factoria y gusto, las dos opciones de sofas del lobby completamente insuficientes para el volumen de huespedes que tiene con sus congresos, una recepcion muy deslucida para el potencial que tiene. La amabilidad de la persona de recepcion muy limitada para el nivel de servicio que se espera. El sofa de la suite tenia descocido el tapizado, las areas de servicio cuando dejaban las puertas abiertas denotaban falta de mantenimiento total con techos rotos y paredes y puertas sucias , como ejemplo, verificar el area detras de la puerta de servicios del 7 piso. Promocionaban en cartel junto al ascensor una terraza en el piso 12 de la torre 2. la cual en los 3 dias que estuvimos estuvo deshabilitada. La experiencia del restaurante giratorio se ve empañada por que los vidrios estan empañados o sucios . Es un buen hotel con ubicacion inmejorable pero no se puede promocionar como de 5 estrellas .
