It is important to keep in mind that foreigners are exempt from paying taxes on accommodations services.
In order to apply for this benefit, it is necessary that at the time of check-in guests show their passport with the entry stamp to Colombia that indicates their stay in the country for up to ninety (90) calendar days and that it has the PT stamp or the Current temporary visa type “V”.
As they are exempt, this condition can only be verified at the time of Check-in at the hotel, where you must provide your original passport and a copy of the sheet with your data and the sheet where the stamp is located will be taken.
Colombians who live abroad may apply for exemption by presenting their passport with the respective entry stamp into the country at the establishment. Remember to request it from Immigration upon arrival even if you enter by biometrics.
The exemption is only for accommodations, it does not include other services and the invoice is generated in the name of the passport holder and the reservation.

Once a reservation becomes effective, meaning after the Check-In has taken place, the total cost of the reservation is nonrefundable.

These exceptions will be authorized directly by the General Management. In most cases, no money will be refunded; instead, the remaining balance will be valid for a period of 3 months or up to one year (depending on the situation) to be used for a future reservation, subject to availability and any changes in rates that may occur.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location staff and organization . Room is nice and cold and clean.

En la habitacion hacia demasiado calor, a pesar de tener el aire en la temperatura correcta. Adicional fue casi imposible dormir, se escuchaba la tuberia durisimo, unos ruidos en el techo que asustaban

Las ventanas de la habitación estaban MUY sucias por fuera. Escasamente se veía del otro lado. El cabezal de la ducha completamente obsoleto viejo y en mal estado. La recepción es súper lenta.

No me gustó q soy ciudadano español y me cobraron los impuestos y normalmente cuando visito Colombia no me cobran en los hoteles dichos impuestos .
