Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Many reviews praise excellent cleanliness and tidy rooms; a few reports (initial room not cleaned to expectation, bathroom flooding in room 342) lowered this slightly.
Service
10
Overwhelmingly positive comments about staff: 'staff make the place amazing', 'go above and beyond', 'amabilidad', quick room change when issues arose — service is a standout strength.
Location
10
Repeated praise for beachfront location and proximity to restaurants/cafés; described as 'fabulous', 'cerca de la playa' and ideal for relaxing.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as comfortable and spacious with good AC, but specific issues noted (pillows disliked, bathroom problems in one room, some accessibility/bed-height concerns) reduce the score.
Amenities
9
Beach access, pool, gym and beach facilities are frequently praised; small pool comment and requests for more handicap facilities modestly temper the rating.
Value for Money
8.6
Many felt the food and location offer good value, but multiple comments noted breakfast prices are high which lowers perceived value somewhat.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Restaurant and bar receive high marks ('exquisita', fun bar, great food), with a few suggestions (too much fried food, one cocktail too strong, no music at outdoor bar) but generally excellent.
Overall Experience
10
Consistent language of 'excellent', 'wonderful place', 'everything was perfect' and many 5-star sentiments indicate an outstanding overall guest experience.
