Guests need to be proactive.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the bullet train station and clean. The staff is mostly courteous and helpful. Th breakfast is excellent offering various foods.

Cons:

The check in staff didn’t explain about self service amenities nor breakfast. When I asked, one was courteous while the other instructed me to come for breakfast between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. It starts at 6:30am and I usually have breakfast at 6 am due to my work. I was not impressed as guests have different schedule of activities.

櫃檯人員服務不錯 ，若是自駕停車下午15:00-隔天10:00一天費用850元日幣、早餐還可以、還有迎賓飲料可使用。
有機會再去
