Pros:

The staff were friendly. Vending machines in the foyer had not just food but basic essentials like toothpaste set, laundry powder which was cool.

Cons:

The room was old and needed minor upgrades. The iron was old and the plate discoloured, then it stopped working. This was replaced quickly.

Pros:

Beds were comfy and big bathroom with a spacious shower and big shower head.
Location was good, tram down the street, very convient.

Cons:

Curtains were dusty and dirty.
Staff didn't acknowledge you until they finished their conversation, making you stand there waiting, not welcoming at all.
Was nice having a gym but doesn't seem like it has seen a vacuum.

Pleasant, but disappointing on the price factor for the state of the room, bathroom and facilities.

Location, outside presentation, cafe and front office staff

Cons:

The room was very much in need of tlc. The bathroom was really terrible, the taps were loose from hot to cold, yet hard to turn off and on. The shower door did not open or close properly. The tiles were really awful with moulded grout. The toilet would not flush properly also. Overall it appeared un clean, damaged and difficult to use, it was really disappointing.
