Odalar rahat geniş ferah gayet güzel personel güler yüzlü bilgili yanında avm olması çok iyi olmuş teşekkür ediyoruz.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda domuz ürünleri ağırlıklı olarak mevcut bilmeyenler için bilgilendirme yok, Böyle güzel bir otelde otopark ın ücretli olması da hiç hoş değil ve çok pahalı 2 güne 60€ küsür para ödedik

Poor customer service
Pros:

Staff need retraining on customer service. Had to wait an hour to order a drink and only because I asked. 3 staff totally ignored me. Shame I’ve got another 3 nights here. Reception staff not much better.

So Bad We Left Eight Days Early
Pros:

We were going to be in Prague and checked in for a ten day stay. The bed was so awful we left after two sleepless nights and found a much better accommodation.

The lobby area is much more modern than the rooms, there’s at least a 15 year design language gap between the modern check in area / restaurant and the room that seems to be stuck in the 2006 world from when the hotel opened.

The staff were friendly, and seemed to either not care about we wanted to leave (fair) or have heard this before (also fair.)

For being the first Courtyard in Czech Republic, it’s pretty awful.
