Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Consistently praised as very clean and spotless by many guests; minor issues noted with carpet cleaning and some wear/maintenance in room areas (kitchenette floor, initial fridge leak resolved).
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as exceptional, helpful and friendly (including front desk and breakfast attendant); isolated reports of an unhelpful front desk interaction but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9.2
Convenient to supermarkets, shops and near beach access for many; some guests appreciated proximity to Acme and local outlets, though one review mentioned being farther from the beach.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms noted as spacious, well equipped with kitchenettes and balconies for suites; issues include bed size not matching listing (full vs queen), some finishing/maintenance problems (kitchenette floor, minor wear).
Amenities
8.6
Good amenities highlighted (outdoor pool, rooms with balconies, kitchenettes, fridge) and prompt fixes for issues; some disappointment that lobby/outdoor sitting areas close at 10pm and limited late-hour gathering space.
Value for Money
8.2
Many guests described the property as affordable and felt they received good value (large breakfasts, clean rooms), but complaints about being charged for a queen bed when given full beds lowered perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast frequently praised as large, delicious and above expectations by multiple guests; a few commented on short breakfast service hours or lower food quality on occasions.
Overall Experience
9.3
Generally very positive stays reported (family-friendly, enjoyable, helpful staff, good location and clean rooms); isolated negatives (bed size discrepancy, noise policies, brief service lapses) did not dominate the overall impression.

Affordable, Friendly and Clean.
Pros:

Hotel and room were spotless. Every employee we came into contact with was kind, courteous and respectful. Breakfast was above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you, to all of your employees and Staybridge.

Cons:

Pros:

The breakfast lady was excellent...very efficient and friendly! All the front desk staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff kept my room very clean but were also nonintrusive. My fridge had a minor malfunction (a leak) when I arrived, but it was fixed almost immediately, and I had no more problems with it. So close to Acme for easy shopping.

Cons:

Route 1 traffic! I can hardly blame the hotel for this.

Nice routine change
Pros:

Breakfast was plenty and good, room was spacious and well equipped for our stay, supermarket very close and you can buy groceries and cook if you do not want to eat out all the time.

Cons:

Everything was close to the hotel, shopping for groceries, outlets and the beaches were very nice, just that the weather did not favor us, but it was a very nice and good experience.

Hotel wants the business of large groups but doesn’t want to accommodate large groups once there
Pros:

Location
Outdoor pool
Rooms with balcony

Cons:

The hotel lobby and outdoor sitting areas close at 10 pm, hotel did not offer an alternative place for our group to gather. Very unfortunate/disappointing when you are traveling with a larger group of people with children on VACATION and you are told to keep quiet at 10 pm on the WEEKEND too! The only option was for us to stay out front in the parking lot if we wanted to stay out past 10 pm.
