Nice Hotel but not that accessible for a wheelchair user
Pros:

Attended a wedding reception, the food, service at setting was perfect.

Cons:

As a wheelchair user the hotel is not that accessible, the door from the hallway to the room is quite narrow, the lift from the general level to the ballroom was out of action. Although the staff helped me find another route this make access more difficult than it should of been

Great stay in Malahide
Pros:

Location, public areas, bars and restaurants. Room was good and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Although our room was comfortable and well appointed it was noisy if there was a wedding in the function suite below and also first thing in the morning with deliveries.

Although I went with a friend it is certainly a hotel I would stay in if I wanted me time.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely relaxing close to all amenities. Staff very professional. Food fantastic with options. Decor amazing. Pool perfect temperature. I will be back.

Perfect blend of style and substance, great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The Grand Hotel is in a superb location and within an easy strol to the small town centre of Malahide. Friendly and efficient Staff throughout all areas of the hotel who are a credit to the management and the hospitality industry. Made our stay very enjoyable and unforgetable

pool area doesnt work as well as it could, did not use again after first time

Pros:

This is our third stay at The Grand Hotel. A lot of the hotel has been refurbished since our last stay 2 years ago and is looking very plush.
Big thank you to whoever gave us the complementary room upgrade to an executive seaview - the room was amazing. Breakfast and staff are excellent and location perfect. Special mention to Fiona at reception who checked us in who was really down to earth and friendly.

Cleanliness, rooms, breakfast, dinner and opening hours restaurant, views, vibe

Cons:

More info communicated about need for swim hats before stay for gym. Breakfast staff didn’t approach us at table to take order for tea/coffee etc so we had to chase them down. Self check in screen didn’t recognise my booking although was in system.

Pros:

Loved the location and the refurbishment work has really improved the look of the hotel. Loved the Arena facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast was very good but the cooked breakfast could have been warmer - the cold plates didn't help.

A beatiful stay near the sea and close to the airport.
Pros:

We had a room with air conditioning! What a treat. It was a beautiful hotel, with lovely thoughtful touches. The staff was helpful and attentive. The space beautiful.
