Hotel Palazzo Murat

We had an excellent stay at Palazzo Murat while celebrating our anniversary and babymoon. We mentioned the occasion when booking, and when we arrived, the staff surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. There was also a bottle of champagne waiting for us. At first, we thought I wouldn’t be able to drink it, but then we noticed it was alcohol-free. That was such a thoughtful touch.

We have stayed at many highly rated properties, but we have never received such warm and personal treatment. The staff were extremely respectful, caring, and attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was amazing. Palazzo Murat made our celebration very special.

Palazzo Murat was absolutely incredible and exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Positano yet it feels like a peaceful oasis away from the crowds.

The hotel grounds are stunning, filled with beautiful gardens, lemon trees, and breathtaking surroundings. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and full of charm. The pool area was lovely and provided the perfect place to relax after exploring Positano.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The complimentary boat trip was the icing on the cake it was a wonderful.

We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend Palazzo Murat to anyone visiting Positano. A truly unforgettable experience.

This is an absolutely phenomenal hotel in so many ways. The staff, location, food, amenities are all top notch and worth every penny. Wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful oasis of calm right in the center of busy Positano. As soon as you exit the busy alley, you are taken into a gorgeous sitting courtyard with garden and pool below. Low enough that you're not subjected the town's infamous steps when coming home from dinner, and you're just steps from the waterfront. The restaurant was absolutely delicious, in a magical setting. The landscaping was beautiful. Oh, their nightly complimentary sunset luxury cruise up the coast (with drinks and snacks) is probably worth a couple hundred euros alone. Delicious breakfast to boot. We will only stay at the Palazzo Murat when visiting Positano from now on.

The hotels central location made it incredibly easy to explore the town with restaurant shops and the beach all short of a walk away the amenities were outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Rooms were nicely decorated and clean and comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view from the balcony, noise level was minimal. The grounds were well kept as well. The staff were warm welcoming and always happy to help with recommendations and reservations from excellent service to fantastic facilities. Manager Leonardo was attentive and professional. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Positano and would gladly stay here again.

Our visit for lunch a d drinks at Palazzo Murat was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning gardens wonderful views, and a perfect location in the heart of Positano.

A very special thank you to Nello, who was both our bartender and server. He was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His warm personality, excellent service, and attention to every detail made our experience even more memorable. He is a true asset to the hotel.

We are also grateful to the Benedettw the hotel owner and the hotel manager for creating such an outstanding atmosphere of hospitality and excellence. Every member of the staff was friendly and kind. It is clear that great care goes into every aspect of the guest experience.

We cannot wait to return and highly recommend Palazzo Murat to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Positano.

A beautiful hotel in the best location in Positano. The suites in the older part of the building are stunning. The staff were all amazing and the manager, Leonardo, really made our stay, making sure we had everything we needed and going out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our time at the Murat. Will definitely return as soon as we get the opportunity.
