There was nothing specific that I really liked here. Nothing stood out to me at all.
The tv barely worked, the pool was dirty, there was barely any breakfast options. They called me the morning of to tell me my room wasn’t available when I booked weeks in advanced.. then all of a sudden everything was fine.
The staff was pleasant. And the snack bar offerings were really good -especially when coming off a 3²½ hour drive at 3:00am.
I had to ask for a paper invoice at the end of my stay, and the staff member I spoke to was not too sure if she could print one for me, but she figured it out eventually. I should not have had to ask for my invoice. It should be automatically provided at checkout.
Also, although the climate conditions inside the room were perfect -well air conditioned, the air conditioning system was quite loud. And while it didn't bother us during the day, at night, it was a nuisance -too loud; especially for people who have difficulty sleeping.
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We would stay there again if in the area.
Not really anything except there was no Body Wash or soap in the Bathroom.
The room colors were nice
The blood stain on the sheet, another stain that I couldn't explain. No body wash in the shower, and a bottle of used body wash on the sink. Very dim light bulb and a blown bulb
Inability to see the sign of the hotel . Hotel is at a weird spot where it was impossible to get into the hotel entrance.
We really liked the size of the room...it was spacious...
The continental breakfast could have had a little more ...
Breakfast at 845 had empty pan of potatoes, one mini yogurt in a stainless steel fridge, foaming coffee and three sausage links in the other pan. There is no seating, tables and chair like at other La Quintas. No apples or banana or fruit option other than a mandarin. Waffle maker had a line of 5 deep explaining it takes three cycles to make.
The room is badly treated. Melted plastics general disregard for furniture by cleaning staff, stains everywhere. If you are staying here I’d recommend not looking for issues because there are no shortages:
No breakfast
Internet does not have capacity (every reviewer or every other review has mentioned the Internet speeds and the owner I was think us for our feedback so I’m guessing he’ll reply to this thanking me and that they will look into it as they did in 2024 2025 now 2026)
Cigarette hypodermic, needle, and large gatherings at the exit. Cigarette butts are strewn through properties perimeter.
Dogs barking incessantly from 8 AM
Adjoining rooms with tile so you hear everything your roommates in the door are talking about if it was carpet, it would muffle the sound but being tile you can hear literally every word of the party in the next room.
I decided to stay in part because this place had a hot tub, which had value to me, upon walking in, they simply put a few two by fours over it and made a deck with no update to their website photos no disclaimer or disclosure that the amenities are no longer on the property.
Really really really really really really disappointed. Like feels more red roof than la quinta.
When walking in with my son who wanted to go to the pool, we were greeted by a middle-age couple with an alcoholic beverage leg locked. Again if this was a red roof and I would have no issue with the condition of the place. It just seems like every detail has been neglected.
Why say you have breakfast when there are three floors of guests and no food by 9 AM? Why offer a hot tub what do you don’t have one? Why offer Wi-Fi when it does not work? I don’t know. The whole thing seems like a scam you pay for this but they gave you that.
It is a good hotel, met my expectations
I had stayed at this property years ago and had posted a review. This will be an update, as thd hotel has changed ownership.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff. From check in to the absolutely outstanding housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, accommodating and just wonderful to deal with.
We had a long term stay due to issues with our new home not being ready when we arrived from out of state.
The staff and property are pet friendly. The property is quiet and well maintained. The beds are brand new and very comfortable.
There are numerous amenities including an indoor pool (fantastic), a well equipped exercise room, a nice outdoor patio and a great expanded breakfast bar and on-site guest laundry.
This hotel is closd to gfocery stores, restaurants and all sorts of entertainment venues.
This is a underrated, and underutilized hotel.
I would recommend the LaQuinta to anyone.
It was clean
The breakfast buffet consisted of bagels and English muffins ran out of milk, yogurt no fruit
room was ok for the money we paid. Parking wasn't great
The breakfast was amazing
The room was a conjoined room and the door on my side was broken, I couldn't close and lock it. The bathroom door didn't latch and couldn't be locked . The pool was great but was to warm, the hot tub was not opened, there was never any towels to dry off with at the pool. The (1) front desk employee at times was unkind and judgemental.
The stay was a bit over priced in my opinion. If the room was in better condition and the staff and pool/hot tub were better, it would of been worth it.
