La grandeur de la chambre. La beauté de l'hôtel. L'emplacement près de la gare du Nord.
Le déjeuner était décevant pour un bel hôtel tel que celui-là.
Chambre spacieuse et calme, décor simple et chaleureux. Équipement très bien.
Parking difficile d’accès, pas mal de petits défauts (miroir salle de bain abîmé, trou dans le mur de la douche…) dans la chambre
Cost effective
Apparemment certaines chambres ne sont pas climatisées, d’où certains commentaires ; mais la plupart le sont. La mienne l’était et très agréable, grande, propre, avec un mini frigo et une vraie machine à café. Literie au top.
L’établissement est parfait, le quartier non. Il ne faut pas espérer aller flâner en terrasse de café , surtout si vous êtes une femme. A certaines heures il n y avait que des hommes dehors. En revanche, les métros , RER et bus rendent le quartier très accessible.
We hadden dit hotel gekozen omdat het vlak bij Gare du Nord is gelegen en we onze fietsen veilig konden stallen in de binnenplaats waar ook de receptie zich bevindt. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer was schoon en het bed was heel goed.
Apart design in de algemene ruimtes en kamer van het hotel. Het sprak ons niet aan. Ook waren we niet zo te spreken over de terugbetaling van de 100 euro deposit, die pas aan het einde van de volgende dag plaats vond.
Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers (alhoewel de airco kapot was en dit een warm weekend was)
De locatie kent wat uitdagingen

We vonden het een fijne locatie, het ontbijt was voor ons echt wel voldoende. Verschillende keuzes en allemaal heel lekker.
We kregen een kamer dat helemaal niet leek om de kamer dat we via Booking hadden geboekt. De foto’s bij mijn booking waren van een veel grotere kamer. Gezien de airco niet werkte en de kamer heel warm was, kregen we een ‘upgrade’. Toch vind ik het wat vreemd, omdat de upgrade kamer wel de foto’s waren van de kamer dat in mijn app stond.
Mogelijks kloppen de foto’s dus niet bij de kamer dat je boekt? Zoiets vinden we best incorrect… Er was later ook geen communicatie meer rond de airco.
L'accueil de la réception ainsi que la force de proposition face à un problème. Le personnel très professionnel et attentionné dans leurs service.
Mettre les lits moins haut et plus de prise a chargé proche du lit.
Just a 10 min walk from Gare du Nord. Easy to find. (in my opinion, great location if you plan to travel by public transport during your stay) Just straight ahead on one road through the vibrant Indian neighbourhood(I did not feel un-save like others are complaining about, I guess they are not used to other cultures) The People where very nice and accommodating. We arrived early morning at 9am(check-in is at 15:00) They offered us an early free check-in and the room would be ready in 10 min. We did not use it because we had early morning plans so did the check-in and left our luggage for save keeping. We would be back very late that evening and they where so kind to offer us free late check-out, which we happily accepted! We had a great night of rest! (room 409) Very spacious with AC and all necessities(+ for a breakfast table, couch and the spacious balcony for morning coffee) Very clean as well! And no disturbances at all (traffic or other guests)
