Piscine petite et surtout froide...
מלון במיקום מושלם! הגענו 3 שעות לפני זמן הצ׳ק אין ופינקו אותנו בחדרים ללא תוספת תשלום. הצוות אדיב מחייך, יש בר יין מטורף, בריכה, ספא, חדר כושר, ארוחת בוקר מפנקת. החדר נעים, נקי, בחדר יש גם מקלחון וגם אמבטיה ושירותים עם דלת נפרדת. יש ליצן חמוד שמסתובב ומנפח בלונים לילדים. וחשוב לציין יש חנייה בתשלום ומלא חנייה מסביב למלון.
Location, most of the staff besides one in the restaurant who was rude...I asked i the chocolate cake was sweet or bitter since it was for a kid and the waiter responded bad. The waitress wad nice. The parking and frigobar free

Bien ubicado y con un buen restaurante, este Novotel es una excelente alternativa para conocer Bucarest. Es moderno, las habitaciones son amplias y es muy agradable estar en el recinto. El desayuno es variado. El baño que está en el hall del hotel está muy limpio y cuidado.
El sofá cama era incomodísimo: hacía mucho ruido y disponía de un colchón sumamente delgado. Pagué para hacer late check out y poco después me dijeron que yo jamás había solicitado eso. Por suerte tenía a mano la boleta del pago. Durante el desayuno vi algo que me pareció improcedente: una mesera quitó un salero de las manos a un niño -que estaba poniendo sal a unos huevos- para llevarlo a otra mesa. El niño estaba solo mientras sus padres buscaban algo. Lo vi con mis propios ojos y fue muy violento, una total falta de respeto.
Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Bucarest, con buena atención, un desayuno bastante variado y habitaciones en buen estado, limpias y con añadidos como dos botellas de agua de cortesía, además de un hervidor y tazas. Cuenta con un restaurante bastante bueno, una máquina para comprar bebidas y se encuentra, además, cerca de la parada de metro Universidad, de la línea 3.
Como suele ocurrir en la cadena Novotel, la taza del baño está en una parte de la habitación, y el lavamanos, la ducha y la tina en otra. Un día, pese a tener el cartel de "no molestar" en la puerta, una mujer del staff entró a la habitación. Cuando salí a pedirle explicaciones, se encerró en otra habitación. Rarísimo. Durante el desayuno, mucha gente toma la comida con las manos, pese a que hay tenazas disponibles. El personal podría preocuparse de eso. También parece haber una obsesión malsana por quitar los platos, tazas y vasos de la mesa cuando uno está desayunando. Respecto a la piscina, pues nadie supervisa nada y hay gente que se dedica a hacer exactamente lo que en el reglamento figura como prohibido. Así es difícil disfrutar esa experiencia.
