Very good location but poor fitness facility
Pros:

The location is amazing and walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and parks.

Cons:

The hotel has a fitness center, which I expected to be much better equipped. It mostly had cardio machines, and the weights are max 10KG. I expected something better.
Also, I found it a bit weird that the cleaning service knocked at 15:00. We were taking a nap when they entered.

Great location and a lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I dealt with was very welcoming, friendly and professonal. My room was lovely, it was very comfortable, I had two great nights sleep. Everything was spotless. There was great variety on offer for breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and close to everything

Foarte bun amplasamentul, mai ales dacă ai treabă în zona centrală a capitalei.
Pros:

Camera mare, curată, corespunzator dotată. Hotelul dispune de parcare subterana, extrem de generoasa. Serviciile au fost de bună calitate.

Cons:

Doar o observație legată de proiectarea băii si a toaletei care este separată, însă fără chiuvetă, ceea ce te obliga să treci prin cameră, pe lângă paturi, pentru a intra în baie și a te spala pe maini. E deranjant pe timpul nopții.

Locație excelentă și camere confortabile, însă experiența ar fi fost și mai bună cu mai multă transparență privind parca

Hotelul are o locație excelentă, foarte bine poziționată pentru deplasări în oraș, multe obiective și puncte de interes putând fi accesate pe jos. Clădirea impresionează încă de la intrare, având un aspect elegant și o prezență arhitecturală deosebită. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută. Mi-a plăcut în mod special faptul că toaleta este separată de zona de baie/duș, un detaliu foarte practic și apreciat. Per ansamblu, hotelul oferă o experiență plăcută și un nivel bun de confort.

Cons:

Principalul aspect care m-a dezamăgit a fost lipsa de transparență privind parcarea. Am ales acest hotel și pentru că era menționată existența unei parcări la proprietate, însă nu era precizat clar că aceasta este contra cost. O informare mai completă m-ar fi ajutat să compar corect opțiunile disponibile înainte de rezervare.

De asemenea, am fost surprinsă de lipsa flexibilității în privința livrărilor de mâncare. În timpul șederii am avut obligații profesionale urgente și nu am putut părăsi camera. După ce am comandat mâncare printr-o aplicație de livrare, am solicitat sprijinul recepției pentru a mi se aduce comanda la cameră. Prima dată s-a găsit o soluție, însă ulterior am fost obligată să cobor personal până la recepție pentru a o ridica. În lipsa unui serviciu de room service, consider că un hotel de această categorie ar putea oferi mai multă asistență în astfel de situații punctuale.
