Incredibly noisy and I will never return

Way to noisy. To the point, I could not sleep and I had a 15 Hour Dr. the next day. I called, I text, and I went to the front desk. Your person said she went to the room twice to let them know about their children being way too loud and sounding like a track meet above my room. She asked if I can move instead of moving the family. That was the issue that several other people had called and complained on. She asked me this at 11 o’clock at night instead of moving them. My children were already asleep. Me and my husband could not go to sleep. We were not the issue they were.

The Best Place!
Pros:

Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and a "welcome back". The facilities are excellent, comfortable, food was delicious and well priced. I will go back.

Pros:

The staff at this location was super amazing. When we first arrived Precious was able to move us to a first floor room and get us extra blankets in the room. Keith on the breakfast service team was amazing from making all the waffles to attending to dirty tables.

Cons:

Had a leak in the restroom but the facilities team took care of it right away

Pros:

The room was quite clean. We were happy with the amenities, the staff was always very polite, and the location worked great for us.

Cons:

We stayed 3 nights and by the last night my back was in bad shape from the mattress. While the kids were fine, it was quite clear the mattress needs to be replaced. Also, the eggs at breakfast were very watery and lacked flavor. Lots of salt & pepper were required to make them palatable. The rest of the breakfast foods were very good.

Good for Families with Kids, Otherwise there are better Options Nearby
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The location was good, with easy access to points of interest. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. There are several other hotels in this same complex, Fairfield Inn and Comfort Inn, that would be just as convenient.

Cons:

This is a hotel for families with kids. The large waterpark is attached to the hotel, and the restaurant and bar are right next to it. There were always lots of kids (and adults) in bathing suits running around, leaving water puddles all over the common areas and at one point, interfering with the elevators working properly. The restaurant was marginal at best, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. The TV does not have streaming service.
