Great property with amazing staff and best location
Pros:

Wonderful, fun, and perfectly located hotel literally in the middle of everything. Super friendly and helpful staff! Get the ocean view room/suite! Great pool/ roof deck

Fabulous summer break, loved the central location. Perfect setting.

A good hotel with great access to shops, restaurants and the beach.
Pros:

Hotel Baia is near the centre of the village and right opposite the beach. There was parking within the premises. This suited us all as my friend could park there. The bed felt relatively new and was comfortable. I used the laundry service, which was swift and all nicely done!

Cons:

My room was adjacent to the lifts. That would not usually have been much of an issue, but the lift doors banged loudly on closing. The second point is that I asked for a mimosa (sparkling wine and orange juice) at our first breakfast. I was not informed that there would be a charge until the drink had been brought to the table. I have visited different parts of Portugal many times - the mimosa has always been standard breakfast fare at no extra charge.

service in the outside terrace; they did not want to get us a table for 6 just because there was room inside and the manager did not want to make an effort to set the table. Terrible attitude night shift this guy.

Except small things the stay in Baia hotel was good

The location was absolutely gorgeous the central if cascais

Cons:

Was nice but for the price the room was to basic £200 euro a day no balcony the tv was not satellite only Portuguese and same English film , Netflix we have to pay , the room cleaning was not appropriate need better clean especially the floor
