Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was goed. Badkamer was prima en schoon.

Cons:

Er wordt op de site gezegd dat je er kunt parkeren , dit blijkt dan om een parkeergarage te gaan die verderop ligt en waarvan de ingang moeilijk was te vinden er hing een a4tje met de naam van het hotel. Ook moest je geluk hebben dat er een plekje vrij was, dit wisten ze gelukkig wel bij de receptie en krijgt een opener mee voor de garage met het nummer vd parkeerplek. Ook moest deze betaald worden per dag wat niet vermeld wordt op de site.

buen hotel, bien situado ,con comercio muy cerca.

Nos gusto todo en general , piscina , bar , ( musica en vivo ) habitación y la bañera de hidromasaje de la habitación, la comida del buffet también estaba completa , también tenia una buena terraza exterior ,

Bel établissement
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique qui s'occupe bien de ses clients. Établissement répondant à nos attentes.
Nous avions loué une chambre avec option baignoire balnéo mais qui ne fonctionnait pas (cela peut arriver). En échange de se désagrément, nous avons bénéficié d'un repas buffet offert pour deux personnes par l'établissement.

Nous avons apprécié se geste très bon buffet et copieux.

Encore merci à toute l'équipe.

Superior a lo esperado
Pros:

Recepcionistas y todo el personal encantador. El hotel es un poco antiguo pero todo estaba limpio y funcionando. Habitacion amplia y baño enorme. No se si fue suerte, pero nada de ruidos. Ubicacion fantanstica, en el centro con toda la restauracion y ocio, y aun paseito de la playa. Repetiremos sin dudarlo

Cons:

No es culpa del hotel, pero logicamente es muy dificil aparcar en el centro de Lloret. El mismo hotel ofrece parking aparte, que esta a un par de calles. Recomiendo que lo contrateis, esta a la mitad de precio de la zona.

Les fruits de mer qui nous ont rendus malades nous avons dû partir le lendemain.
L'hôtel refuse de nous rembourser !

La atención de absolutamente todo el personal, desde los de recepción, camareros y personal de limpieza y cabe decir que la responsable es muy atenta con los huéspedes. Almenos en nuestro caso ( a última hora del servicio de comida del mediodía tuvo el detalle de marchar una paella para nosotros).

Realmente todo fue espectacular desde la atención hasta la limpieza y la organización.
