Não recomendo ficar nos andares inferiores!
Pros:

Atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo.
Ajith da recepção nos orientou onde encontrar o melhor canoli de Taormina (pasticceria Minotauro), além das orientações sobre a cidade, e o garçom Sebastian super atencioso.

Cons:

Quarto apertado , antigo , poucas tomadas , muito barulho das pessoas conversando no terraço até as 3 hs da manhã, barulho de música, barulho do andar de cima, muitas escadas, NÃO TEM ELEVADOR!

Esse quarto superior triplo fica no último andar do hotel, tem terraço grande com vista linda do mar. Quarto antigo mas é espaçoso, cama confortável.
Atendimento excelente do funcionário Ajith da recepção que nos indicou o melhor canoli de Taormina (pasticceria Minotauro), além de orientar como chegar nos pontos turísticos. O garçom Sebastian muito atencioso.
Café bom.

Cons:

Localização exige que vc suba muitas escadas para chegar no centro.
Barulho do quarto vizinho.

Lovely place. Rooms could be updated.
Pros:

Beautiful location! Wish it had shuttles into town. Killer walk for a senior citizen. Children should not be allowed. Heard bouncing ball all day. But loved the place and village.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub
Pros:

Die Lage mit dem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und den Etna waren traumhaft. Das wunderbare Stadtzentrum war fussläufig zu erreichen.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half in allen Belangen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, allein die Staumöglichkeiten hätten größer sein können. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und saisonal, sehr gut. Auch das Angebot an der Bar war mit der Getränkeauswahl sehr gut, kleine Snacks vervollständigten das Angebot

Ett charmigt hotell med fantastisk utsikt och bra läge.
Pros:

Charmigt hotell med bra läge och underbar utsikt. Lite vid sidan av det hektisk centrum av Taormina men ändå bara 10 minuter promenad därifrån.

So sad to see such a beautiful location & facility under capitalised.
Pros:

The delight of the old building, main lounge and the view of Etna is undeniable but the hotel seems to rely on that too much.

Cons:

No evening food options and poor, limited snack options for lunch… unappealing breakfast. The location is too far from the town to not offer some good food and better transport options should be provided/explained.
The bed had sand/grit between the sheets when we arrived!!!! Gruff service, poor directions and a very macho vibe to the place that is about 50 yrs out of date. Noise from the main lounge to our room was too much and staff were sorting garbage etc outside our window. Generally lacking comfort.

가장 이 호텔에서의 만족은 조식 시간에 근무하시던 직원분들이었습니다. 나이가 지긋하신 멋진 노년분께서 계속해서 필요한 건 없는지 이거 먹어봐라 저거 먹어봐라 담아주시는데 그 친절함 덕분에 호텔에서 가장 인상 깊은 순간입니다.
