Modern and clean rooms at a great location. Amazing resto called La Cantinacia del Popolo nearby - a must visit despite the line! Great size pool as well!
Good breakfast but could offer some variety on a daily basis especially that there could be customers like us that would stay more than 3 nights
Everything was amazing. We arrived here exhausted after booking another spot that was not properly advertised, unsafe, and dirty. So our mood was a bit somber.
The staff immediately made us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome.
The rooms are beautiful, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is gorgeous and was a great way to wind down after our busy days.
We enjoyed it so much that we extended an extra night.
I'm disappointed that they have to advertise a 3 star, when clearly they are a 4.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Flora and upgraded our room at check-in after being shown both options. We were very happy we did, as the upgraded signature room was gorgeous: newly renovated, beautifully designed, spacious, and with a much more coherent and premium feel compared with the non-renovated room we had originally booked.
The room itself was a real highlight. The design was modern and elegant, the amenities felt luxurious, especially the soaps and shampoos, and the air conditioning was easy to control directly from the room. We had seen some reviews mentioning issues with this, but we had no problem at all.
Housekeeping was also excellent. Everything was very clean and well organised, and it was clear that attention was paid to the small details. The pool was another big positive: spacious, refreshing, and a lovely place to relax.
For a hotel located on a busy main road, the soundproofing was generally very good. The only exception is the ambulances, which pass frequently, and realistically there is only so much insulation can do.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a real disappointment and, in our view, not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. There was a lack of fresh produce, with too many packaged items and pre-prepared bread rolls. The breakfast area also felt like it had been left behind compared with the rest of the hotel’s refurbished atmosphere.
The buffet setup could be much better managed. There was not enough serving cutlery, which meant some guests were taking food with their hands. There was also nowhere clear to place the few spoons available, so the area around the plates became messy, with food residue and sticky utensils. The breakfast staff also felt very rushed and task-focused, with little warmth or awareness of guests moving around the space.
Another downside is the immediate surrounding area. Because the hotel is opposite a petrol station and car wash, opening the window quickly takes you out of the elegant hotel atmosphere and into the noise and chaos of the street.
Overall, the renovated room, pool, housekeeping and amenities were excellent, and the hotel clearly has a lot of potential. However, the breakfast experience and immediate street-facing environment really detract from the 4-star feel they are trying to create.

Hotel was great value for money. Had everything we needed and not too far from main town.
The staff was amazing it was a late booking. Not only did the staff go above and beyond. They upgraded our room and also wheeled in an extra bed and we didn’t even ask. It was so nice.
The breakfast was average: although the breakfast time was 7 AM to 10 PM all the items were finished by 9 AM, and were not replenished
AC: the AC controls were not working in the room. It has to be turned off and on and temperature controlled from the Reception.
Internal telephone: Was not working: we had to go down Reception even for minor things.
Hand shower: Was leaking
Overall, the attitude of the staff was quite indifferent.
Perfect location for a holiday in Sorrento. Very stylish hotel - beautiful décor.
