Amazing hotel on the edge of Sorrento town centre
Pros:

The hotel is very well presented. The rooftop bar is a good facility. The pool area was nice, not too busy despite visiting in September, gets the sun most of the day.
The location is an approx. 10 minute, easy (one straight road) from the main town centre area, very well located.
We were able to get a room last minute for a sunday night for one night.
We were offered a discounted room upgrade on arrival on account of being on our honeymoon, which was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Flora! The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spotless, and everything feels new and well maintained. Our time there was extremely pleasant, and we would happily stay again!

L'hotel et le personnel est top. les 2 piscines aussi. Petit-déjeuner très grand choix avec certains ingrédients top : Saumon fumé, myrtilles fraiches, poivrons poellées, yaourts de qualité,

Cons:

Nous avons vu la chambre réservée initialement : elle était très petite et donnait sur la rue 1er étage, proche d'une station service. Nous avons accepté de payer un supplement pour changer de chambre plus grande et au calme. Il y a un très grand choix pour le petit-déjeuner...mais la qualité de certains ingrédients pourrait vraiement etre amélioré : la cuisson des oeufs, la maturité des fruits

Very good experience overall
Pros:

Junior suite was a good size and having a balcony and a sea view made a huge difference. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Initially we were allocated a very basic room that was not satisfactory either in terms of the room itself or the price we had paid. Lesson learned to book directly with a hotel to know in advance what we are getting for our money.

The perfect stay in sorrento!
Pros:

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the town center. Our Deluxe room was beautiful, spacious, and felt brand new. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind, friendly, and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was amazing! ☕️

We had such a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Carísimo por el servicio que brinda el hotel, Restaurant a la noche atendieron de mala gana a las 21,30 hs.
Desayuno con el personal de mal humor (estuve 5 días)
