Nice location however the staff are unhelpful and need to treat clients with more respect.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location.

Cons:

As an avid genius level 3 member I travel a lot and this is my first negative review. the staff seemed disinterested in helping with anything at all.

Check in at 3.30 is a joke. No irons provided in room and when requested it seemed to be an issued and was removed from the room the day later.

Overall the staff seemed super negative.

Great location, great property, great staff. 10/10!
Pros:

EVERYTHING! The staff was amazing, especially the team out by the pool! The pool is stunning and great after a day walking or at the beach. The front desk team was great. Truly we had an amazing time.

Pros:

We honestly didnt expect much after our hotel experiences in Europe but the hotel for sure exceeded our expectation by alot. Very good pricing for quality.

Room was spacious, staff were nice and helpful, housekeeping was clean. Its about a 15 mins walk to the port so walkable if you want to walk to the port, and 7-8 mins to the town center.

Worth staying again if travel to Sorrento.

Pros:

The staff is amazing, the service is excellent, and the restaurant manager, Edmondo, takes care of everything. Receptionist in the front desk was incredibly kind and helped us arrange a shuttle for our last day. The breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety.

Cons:

There is no shade at the pool, and it gets very hot during certain hours. It would definitely be worth ordering a few sunshades.

ארוחת בוקר מעולה. מיקום קרוב לרכבת כ-500 מ׳ , בריכה נהדרת.
החדר מרווח.
משהו באנרגיה של המלון עשה לי טוב.
החזות החיצונית של המלון לא מרשימה,אבל בהחלט מלון מצויין ששווה מחשבה.

מגבות גדולות אבל דקות ולא מפנקות.
