Pros:

Had an adjoining room which was ideal for family. However, why is there not a family room available with one king and two singles in it, most families consist of 2 adults and two kids and as tween / teens they can no longer share a bed. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Swimming pool wasn’t available as pump to be replaced. As a result we chose another hotel to stay at 3 days later.
Breakfast was ok but no fresh pancakes or fresh fruit & no English breakfast tea (orange pekoe and earl grey are very different to the staple English breakfast tea!!)

Comfortable, clean and quiet
Pros:

Clean hotel, easy to find and convenient location. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean and quiet. Free breakfast was fresh and warm, great coffee too.

Cons:

Hallways need fresh paint to make it look a little brighter.

Clean convenient and friendly.
Pros:

Location for travel was great, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The elevator was very slow and noisy!

Fine accommodations. Make sure you clarify billing or they will mess it up.
Pros:

Some of the staff are exceptional.
The breakfast staff and Maria are wonderful.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t functional for 2 of the 4 days of our stay . No compensation was offered for the lack of amenities.
