Best Hotel In Downtown
Pros:

The staff was so nice . Even I can’t cancel my breakfast , they prepare breakfast for me for 4 am . Their room wiev was wonderful and clean .

Cons:

They have free parking but I dont have special sign for parking area . It is really hard for find parking area .

Good customer service and location, but poor Wi-Fi, smelly hallways, and cigarette odors.
Pros:

Location is great, within walking distance to places of interest.

Cons:

(1) Very poor internet connectivity. I had virtually no Wi-Fi access throughout my stay in Room 1211.

(2) The hallway on the 12th floor has an unpleasant odor. Perhaps the carpet needs to be shampooed or deep cleaned.

(3) The hotel has a pervasive cigarette smell, especially on the ground floor, where many guests smoke indoors. This was particularly noticeable in the common areas and negatively affected the overall atmosphere.

(4) There were too many mosquitoes throughout the property, especially on the ground floor.

Séjour agréable pour un vol tôt le matin
Pros:

Très bien situé. L’immeuble est visible quasi de partout ( plus grande tour bleue). Au centre et à 5min à pieds de la Médina

Good choice for short stay
Pros:

Exceptional Super friendly staff, they are all so kind and always ready to support you by heart.
Spacious and super clean room.
Excellent location on the main avenue and close to old city.
Excellent and delicious breakfast.
Very strong WiFi.

Cons:

Amenities in the hotel is a bit poor. In the room, the Amenities is less than basic for 5 starts hotel. Just kettle, fridge, towels, soap and shampoo. I asked for iron in the room, they said its unavailable and the only way is to use there laundry services instead. Its mentioned that pants press available, but unfortunately its not at all.
Noises from most places in the same floor and service room, although i was on 12th floor.

The decorations and furniture is bit old, but in good condition.
