Pros:

The hotel featured a really nice aesthetic and a spacious room that included a decently-sized bathroom. The staff members were genuinely friendly and very accommodating throughout the stay. Additionally, the overall environment felt comfortable and welcoming.

Cons:

The major downside was that the shower was never cleaned properly, leaving hair behind. Because of these cleanliness failures and poor room maintenance, we were given a complimentary breakfast as compensation. Dealing with those hygiene oversights significantly detracted from the experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam.

The location was excellent. It is just a short walk from Amsterdam Amstel Station, making it incredibly easy to access the metro, trams, and NS trains. Reaching the city center took only about 10 minutes, which made exploring Amsterdam very convenient.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a capsule coffee machine in the room was a lovely bonus. The hotel itself offered plenty of facilities, and the atmosphere in the lobby was great—we even enjoyed watching the World Cup matches there together with other guests, which made for a fun and lively experience.

If you prefer to have breakfast at the hotel, there are several options available. There are also many excellent cafés within walking distance, so you’ll never run out of places to eat or grab a good coffee.

The only downside was that our room was quite cold. During the summer this would probably be perfect, but we visited on cooler days and found ourselves feeling a bit chilly. 🙈

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily choose Hotel Casa Amsterdam again on a future trip to Amsterdam.

Pros:

Hôtel moderne, offrants de nombreux services (dont la restauration). Localisation idéale et proche des transports en commun afin de visiter le centre historique en une 15aine de minutes de métro. Accessible en bus & tram également. Chambre spacieuse. Literie confortable et grand lit

Cons:

Pas de volet/stores dans notre chambre à part des rideaux occultants laissant passer un jour qui réveille.

Lo mejor la gente que trabaja allí.
Pros:

Que estaba cerca del tranvía, tren, metro, bus. Que te reponían las cápsulas de café para poder tomar café en la habitación. Y el personal. La comida aunque depende de la hora te limitaba estaba bien. En la planta 8° hay una terraza grande para tomar copas o picar algo que porque nos hizo frío pero si te hace bueno está genial.

Cons:

Que se pidió que limpiarán la habitación y no lo hicieron al día siguiente llegamos a las 16 y aún tampoco estaba hecha. Tienes que solicitar cambio de toallas y sábanas si no ellos lo hacen al 4° día. Pero aún solicitandolo no se hizo. Hubo un día a las 4 de la madrugada un aviso de evacuación y solo se comunicó en holandés y luego en inglés... Ya casi bajando las escaleras comunican en el mismo idioma que ha sido un fallo en el ascensor pero nadie dió ninguna explicación ni se comunicaron con nosotros para pedir disculpas por el susto que nos llevamos y la confusión que se tenía en esos momentos.

Very clean and friendly hotel, staff was super nice and allowed early check in at no extra cost as they had a room ready before 3 pm.

Cons:

A bit far off the central areas but quiet and walking distance to a few nice places to eat by the water.

Pros:

La proximité avec la gare ! La taille et la lumière dans la chambre , la propreté, la température dans la chambre, le coin café dans le haul de l’accueil (le café était délicieux et les filles très gentilles).

Cons:

Se faire réveiller à 4h pour une alarme incendie…
Je ne prends pas l’ascenseur seul et les escaliers me faisait sortir par une sorti de secours… au lieu d’arriver dans le haul de l’hôtel (pas top)

Kai sutvarkė kambarius, išnešė mūsų vandens butelius, kurių nebuvome pabaigia dar ir teko iš naujo pirkti vandenį.

Pros:

Las instalaciones, te permiten calentar comida, ya que en la planta segunda disponen de un microondas. Y hay dispensadores de hielo en todas sus plantas.
Además te proporcionan café cada vez q lo necesites, hay cafetera en casa habitación y un frigo vacío para q guardes tus compras.

Cons:

Que no limpien la habitación cada día, aunque no es necesario en realidad
