Pros:

Amstel station a yakin olması cok avantajlı. Oda geniş,konforlu ve oldukça temizdi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar Amsterdam a geldiğimde burada kalmayi tercih ederim.

Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant. La décoration de l’hôtel est soignée. La literie est très confortable et la chambre était spacieuse, ce qui rend le séjour agréable. L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’une station de métro, pratique pour se déplacer dans Amsterdam.

Cons:

Lors de notre séjour, il faisait environ 30 degrés à Amsterdam et la chambre était extrêmement chaude. Nous avons dû réclamer un ventilateur pour la deuxième nuit, avant de découvrir qu’il était en réalité caché dans un meuble sous un oreiller… Avec les très grandes fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent presque pas, il était impossible d’aérer correctement la chambre. Malgré le ventilateur, nous avons souffert de la chaleur toute la deuxième nuit.

Autre point très décevant : pour que la chambre soit nettoyée, il faut scanner un QR code afin de le demander. Nous l’avons fait, mais il a dû y avoir un dysfonctionnement car la chambre n’a pas été faite le deuxième jour. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à plus de 300 € la nuit, je trouve cela inadmissible. Un hôtel de ce standing devrait être mieux équipé face à la chaleur et le ménage devrait être un service automatique, pas une option à réclamer.

Je ne comprends pas les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Pros:

Указала, что у мужа будет День рождения в это время и отель положил открытку с шариками. Это было очень мило.
Номера очень аккуратные и просторные, а так же красивый холл.

Would stay again, minor adjustments
Pros:

Really good vibe, people working, studying and nice cafe.
Good location quite far from center and its quiet, you don't hear cars, motorbikes that much.

Cons:

The lighting underneath the door was very bright, I had to cover the door gap with one of the cushions. I got woken up around midnight by my neighbours talking through my earplugs. The sound proofing isn't very good.
