Helt OK hotell som verkar vilja vara mer än det är.
Pros:

Modernt hotell som känns lite anonymt, men fräscht. Känns som att det vill vara lite coolare än det är, men jag stannade bara en natt, så jag hann inte uppleva bar/restaurang osv.

Cons:

Hade önskemål om rummet som jag skickade med bokningen som personalen inte hade läst eller tillgodosett. De verkar älska AI och automation, så när jag bad om hjälp med incheckningen kändes det mer som att jag var till besvär än att de förstod bra service.

Lovely.
Pros:

It was so modern! I loved you could do your own laundry and ironing in a special very clean room without having to send to housekeeping, and there was a store open 24/7 with self checkout for anything you might need.

Cons:

It was a bit far from Canal district. It takes 10-12 minutes walk to get to either metro station. Easy if you just have carry on! And a little daunting for women walking alone past empty areas after taking metro home after dark.

Fácil acceso por metro

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación y hacia calor. Al hacer eñ reclamo nos colocaron un ventilador portátil con la ventana abierta.
No limpiaban las habitaciones ni cambiaban la lencería ni las toallas a menos que lo indicaras en la mañana en el lobby del hotel

Modern, comfortable hotel with great amenities and a convenient location.
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The hotel is housed in a modern building, and everything feels brand new. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped, with everything working perfectly. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast was very good. The location is also convenient, just a short walk from the metro station. Highly recommended!

Great value for the money!
Pros:

It was very convenient for work, a lot of space on the ground floor and 1st floor for work. Wi-Fi with amazing speed everywhere. Staff was very polite and helping always. Rooms were decent and nice!
