L' hotel è situato nel quartiere ebraico, una zona della città in riqualificazione ricca di locali e dall' atmosfera vivace. Abbastanza vicina al centro storico (piazza principale) raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti di piacevole passeggiata. L' hotel è vicino anche al Wawel ed ai ponti. Con una passeggiata più lunga si raggiungere la piazza delle sedie(memoriale).Il tram consente di muoversi comodamente verso tutte le attrazioni. I santuari sono a circa 20 minuti di tram. Upgrade per disponibilità e soggiorno in camera più grande con letti molto comodi. Bagno spazioso e tutto insonorizzato anche se il quartiere è molto discreto. Colazione abbastanza fornita dolce/salato e locale ben tenuto. Apprezzabile l' atmosfera intorno all' hotel, vivace e piacevole.

Location was great. Although taxis often mixed it up with another local hotel Estera. Plenty of restaurants around.
Our room was a good size, and the sofa bed extended to a double. The bathroom was huge.
Free water each day in the room, but always sparkling.
Breakfast is in the basement, the stairway to which smelt dusty and damp.
Breakfast was the same each morning with very little variation. The selection wasn't very large.
Door of bedroom opened outwards into the corridor, and we were right by the lift so it could be noisy. I was afraid we would hit someone with the door every time I opened it.
