La ubicación es buena

Cons:

El personal de recepción (karen) no tiene empatia con el cliente , grosera y no resuelve las inquietudes de los clientes . Me cobraron un deposito de 25 dolares mismos que me dijeron que iban a reembolsar y no lo hicieron ,además me cobraron el estacionamiento supuestamente me lo reembolsarian a mi tarjeta (siendo que ya lo había pagado aquí en la aplicación).

Pros:

The staff was professional. Breakfast was good with many options. My vegan sister even ate breakfast with me. She never does that at other hotels.

Cons:

Hearing the traffic and people in the hallway. No outlet on one side of the bed.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. Ms. Emma, Ms. Emily and housekeeping Ms. crystal were the nicest! An amazing team of people who want to make your stay a comfortable one!

Cons:

Breakfast area was not clean, cereal on floor from previous day, tables not wiped down. I arrived for breakfast before 6am when doors opened. Beds are a little uncomfortable. Air conditioner in room did not work properly. I understand they are renovating in future. Hotel is old. Be prepared to pay to park on premise, although minimal fee, I paid to stay there, where else would I park. When I asked about security, desk said it was drive by, but not how often. I stayed here 3 weekends in a row fir business.

I really can't say, I left at 6:00am and returned at 8:00pm , beds were comfortable though.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location easy to get to. AC worked good. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Did not like paying to park, even though it was 25.00 to park 2 nights, I feel if I am staying in the property , parking on premise should be part of the nightly stay.
Bathroom sink was slow to drain, tub shower would not come up all the way, so more water in tub due to most coming out of faucet, not shower head. Hotel needs a facelift
