Absolutely Nothing it was so bad, I checked out 3 hours after I checked in.
Walls and rug was damaged very getto looking
TV did not work and the most unacceptable was a group of people outside the building were visibly doing drugs, not good when you have a young child. The check out front desk worker never documented that I checked out just 3 hours after I checked in only gave me a number to call on the piece of paper.. Called customer service and sent them pictures, filed an incident report for a full refund. Still waiting for refund.
Not much
WiFi didn’t work, tv had issues. Facilities are poorly maintained and falling apart. Breakfast was terrible
Location
They were under renovation, but the staff did their best to accommodate us.
The facilities seemed cleaner & in better shape than my last stay. Nice to have shuttle van (the Chuck Wagon) working again.
L'hôtel est en rénovation, donc j'imagine qu'il sera mieux noté lorsque finalement prêt dans son ensemble. Hôtel pour une nuit en transit.
It was one of the barest and most cheaply done hotel breakfasts ive ever experienced. There were some eggo waffles, bagels, cereal. Definitely not indicative of the 350.00$ a night price.
The appearance of the hotel was very dingy, dirty, the elevators were dirty with floor ripped up and had holes in various places. Our room had carpet that was dirty and was ripped up in several places. The bathroom was dirty in several areas and the walls were cracked.
Convenient location, good price.
TV was not working, went to front desk and let them know. They said they would send someone up to take a look.
No one ever showed up. Spent the entire night without tv. Terrible service!
Muy ordenado y limpio
Property was decent priced
Horrible conditions of the property properly is not well maintained n run down see photos posted plus there was no hot water and fellow guest were very ghetto n rude made noise all night
The bed was comfortable.
The walls were super thin. TV didn’t work, had to call about that. Room key did not work on the outside doors. I had stayed at this place years before and back then it was nice. Now it just feels run down and dingy.
I liked the location of the property
They hotel was run down. We arrived very late and the front desk staff was not at the desk. We hadn’t to wait close to an hour for her to come back from trolling the halls.
Our room was clean and comfortable, the overall facility was fine, and the staff was very helpful.
Unfortunately, the facility was going through a renovation process which left many of the hallways and common areas cluttered and in some cases difficult to travel through. Additionally, vending machines and ice machines were offline most of the week of our stay. Lastly, and most distressing, of the seven days we stayed there four of those days were greeted at about eight or nine A.M. with construction in the room above us; including the use of power tools and hammering.
I left before breakfast was served. The room had everything necessary and was clean.
I was a single woman travelling alone. The desk clerk announced my room number out loud in a lobby where there were other people standing.
The carpet behind the room door (#219) was ripped and a piece curled up every time I opened the door from either direction. While it was very hard to open the door from the hallway, it made a huge safety issue when you tried to open the door from the room into the hallway. In an emergency, this could have had devastating results.
I do not understand how Wyndham allowed this property to sink to such dire circumstances. I hope staff training goes along with the renovations.
