Pros:

There is a favorite spot of mine on the 19th floor. It is incredibly private and cozy—a place that not only melts away the day's fatigue but also energizes you to start a fresh day. I highly recommend that anyone staying here check it out.

Cons:

I can't speak for the other floors, but the restroom and shower room on the 17th floor—where I stayed—looked exactly as they did when the place first opened. They are far too outdated. They need to be remodeled as soon as possible.

Wonderful breakfast and clean

The best part about the property is it’s lavish breakfast

Cons:

The hotel is expensive, yet its room tiny. Not having the lobby on the ground floor turned out to be a disadvantage when we had trouble getting a taxi.
