Lovely hotel right in middle of Deansgate
Lovely rooms and my son loved the views from room and sky bar
Sauna and pool were great
Great facilities, excellent room with a city view.
Nothing/not applicable
Breakfast was fabulous
Location to venue we were going to
Bedroom furniture a bit tired and needs refurbishment or replacement
The hotel was great would definitely stay again
Beautiful hotel.
The room above us had a thunder storm kind of sound affect on all night and must have been on full blast. Reception didn’t do a thing so we didn’t sleep at all .
The great staff at the desk both receptionist and the supervisor of the bags were amazing
Body wash and shampoo bottles were empty
Decor in room was tired with the picture above the bed was peeling off
Offered different prices for breakfast from phone enquiry £15 to reception £19 so we went elsewhere
Friendly staff , location
Felt it was a little dated for the price
No modern usb outlets which are very useful
Carpet had a stain on it
Decent toilet paper (so many hotels use the cheapest stuff), gorgeous toiletries and a really lovely breakfast.
No plug sockets next to the bed, so our phones had to be charged the other side of the room overnight. Didn't like the opaque window between the bathroom and bedroom. I get disoriented in new places so like to keep the bathroom light on so I can see where things are if I wake up in the night. The window meant I couldn't do this because the light stopped my partner from sleeping.
I loved this hotel. My room was spacious with a comfy bed. Dressing table with mirror and plug sockets - very easy to get ready!
Very friendly staff who were go the extra mile - for everyone.
All of it from the bed..
The bed.. travelodge beds are more comfortable
Upgraded the room and got access to a free bar
Nothing
Breakfast was good the beds were comfortable and the shower was good
The prices in the bar were disgusting. £38 for two doubles. You can buy 2 litres of spirits for less than that. The room had a damp smell in it. Tiles in bathroom cracked
Very comfortable room with a great city view, brilliant location.
Nothing much, other than the parking is not on site and despite being adjacent to an NCP, it should not claim to have parking.
