The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool area was lovely . The breakfast was fantastic, really enjoyed it. In a great position for trams trains and restaurants.
The room was a bit tired, the bed wasn't as big or as comfortable as I was expecting but that was all.

The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to make a very poor room workable. The breakfast is varied and of a good standard.
The room allocated was on the 7th floor and of a very poor standard. The room smelt of damp, the furniture was stained and damaged. Stains on carpet and lack of electrical sockets. Other rooms on this floor appear to being renovated and this room so badly needs renovating that it shouldn’t be available.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from the tram. Took less than 15 mins on the tram to get from Manchester Piccadilly to the hotel. Gym was very clean and staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was great they had vegan and chicken sausages which was a great option for me. The room was very spacious, clean and a lovely view. Hotel location is ideal. I will certainly let be staying here again.
