Lovely hotel.
The bed was not very comfy and did not sleep well during our 2 nights stay.
Very well designed very easy access a lot on offer included in the price and rooms and views are 10/10

The location and it was quiet considering the trains & trams close by
The cloud bar was a little dated, the carpet needs replaced, looks like the furniture & fixtures hadn’t been changed in years, the pool area looked dated also

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented, with a really nice view which added to the overall experience. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The location was convenient, and having access to Cloud 23 was a great bonus, it’s a nice spot with a great atmosphere and views over the city. Overall, the hotel itself felt modern and well maintained, which made for an enjoyable stay.
The staff were not very friendly and often came across as quite moody, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming than expected. Customer service didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a hotel of this level.
The drinks were also quite expensive, particularly at the bar, and didn’t always feel like good value for money.
At times, the atmosphere felt a bit inconsistent, while the hotel itself is nice, the service and pricing took away from what could have been a much better stay. Improving staff attitude and offering better value on drinks would really enhance the overall experience.
Was here for a one night conference, very comfortable space.
Great location handy for tram, pubs and restaurants. Great view from room and good to have bath as well as shower.

After being told we could visit Cloud Bar on site, we weren’t allowed in despite there being plenty of vacant tables

Staff on the check in desk could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. They allocated us rooms earlier than we expected which was fantastic as we were a wedding party. A great choice of food for breakfast and lovely quality.
