Breakfast was excellent. The gym had good equipment. Good quality tea and coffee in the room. Everything worked!
Gym was small but it was not busy. So this time just fine.

Good location, nice spa, cloud 23 nice
Rooms are very dirty and dated. Carpets ripped, images on the wall all crumpled, stains all over the furniture not been looked after at all. Very poor for the value.
Absolutely loved it, staff was so nice, decorated the room for my boyfriends birthday ( great packages to pick from), would definitely go again.
The car park was confusing to get to, would prefer for it to be closer and free parking with stay.
