Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of 72.10 brazilian reais plus 3 percent ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

De tudo, atendimento, quarto e café da manhã.
Conforto , limpeza e o café da manhã
Gostei principalmente da localização do hotel, bem como da equipe que foi muito atenciosa em resolver um problema com minha reserva do booking. Além disso, o hotel foi reformado e aparenta estar mais confortável e moderno. Por fim, o estacionamento é bom.
Acho que quando começar a cobrança do estacionamento seria interessante que ele fosse coberto. Como sugestão para a continuidade da reforma, poderiam reformar os box do banheiro que possuem aquela aparência mais antiga.
O hotel é bom, fica perto de um shopping, tem restaurante, pessoal prestativo e muito educado. Tudo funcionando muito bem ducha boa toalhas normais tem sabonete barra e líquido/shampoo e condicionador.
A limpeza normal, nada fora do padrão nem mais nem de menos.
E tem uma chaleira elétrica no apartamento com um kit de café/só não sei se era cortesia não utilizei
A cama era boa mas dava pra perceber que estava na hora de trocar e os travesseiros também. Nada ruim só que muito uso.
A Tv deu trabalho pra funcionar e não tinha técnico já havia solicitado troca de quarto até ver que os cabos estavam desconectados se não tivesse verificado e entendesse um pouco teria esse incômodo e perdi 15 minutos da estreia do Brasil na copa nessa confusão mesmo chegando mais cedo.Poderiam verificar melhor.
O quarto é muito confortável, as instalações são novas e bem conservadas e o café da manhã excelente

Há muito tempo atrás sempre utilizava esse hotel, porém como passaram a cobrar estacionamento, acho um absurdo. Vou utilizar o concorrente que não cobra estacionamento.

Quartos não muito aconchegantes, decoração básica. Desconhecimento da regra de café da manhã da política pet friendly pela Recepcionista o que gerou stress inicial.
