One of the worst stays and hotels I’ve stayed in - at 71 years old and a platinum Elite Lifetime Bonvoy member - that’s a lot !
so bad we couldn’t stay the second night and paid for a much better hotel hotel at the Marriott long wharf - great hotel and will definitely revisit - so helpful and welcoming - Mush, the manager of Westin Hotel Seaport, refused to allow us to go on Sunday and insisted on charging me, even though we were not in the room - that hotel is a disgrace to the brand - they tried to blame the Marathon but the hotel was not busy on Saturday - nobody to help with the bags on arrival - nobody would answer the room phone, so after 30 minutes I called on my mobile externally - room smelt of smoke - bed was NOT heavenly !! Duvet had massive lumps like footballs in it - no water in room, when I asked was told to go to water machine in hallway… no cups - food was disgusting - worst of all is the hostile and aggressive attitude of the people that work throughout the hotel, even the man on check in was eating food while talking to me ! - could go on. - not that anyone listens to these comments - Marriott is losing its standard, just because it’s become the largest doesn’t mean it will not fall - I am a lifetime Platinum Elite member, but choose to use better brands these days!!
It’s the take it or leave it attitude that will bring you down.

Kevin went above and beyond with genuine kindness and professionalism. He showed great care in supporting a member of our group with a disability and made a birthday celebration feel especially meaningful.
His thoughtful gestures were unexpected and deeply appreciated, something he chose to do out of true generosity, not something we assumed or expected.

The location is top notch and the beds were comfortable!
I must commend Kenny, in the hotel restaurant, Society! The Marriott could use 50 more of him. His customer service is second to none. He was attentive but understood the nuance of allowing us to just enjoy the meal. I observed his interactions not only just with our table but all of the tables in his area. He is the best and a true asset to the Marriott brand!
Great stay at the Westin and delicious breakfast buffet at its Sauciety restaurant. The food and service were excellent, especially my server Sharon. She was polite, attentive and made it a lovely experience.

Especially lovely experience at sauciety for breakfast the food was fantastic, but our server Mya was the highlight of the morning really great start to the day could not recommend more.
The Westin hotel was absolutely fabulous. Sharon, who works with the wait staff during the Breakfast service went over and above is extremely exceptional.
Mya was efficient, responsive, and extremely friendly. We had a delightful experience, enjoying brunch and would love to have her service again in the future we visit. Thank you all so much! she went above and beyond to get us Diet Coke, which is our preferred beverage in the morning.
