Great location and very clean. And staff Mya was very approachable and friendly, such a sweet lady helping out our needs for breakfast.
Easy check in and check out process. Also, there were huge screens for watching the World Cup in the lobby.
I booked a room with a single king bed, but none were available upon check-in. As such, they gave me a room with 2 queens. The first room I was placed in smelled horribly of body odor. Thankfully they offered to switch my room, which didn't smell much better. The overall price was also outrageous for the type and size of room I got.
The hotel is a good location from the airport and to downtown Boston. There are several food and drink options in the hotel for all hours of the day. Kenny at Sauciety provided excellent service and was very friendly and helpful, especially with the kids!
We had an absolute blast in Boston, such a friendly city. We attended a world cup match. Kenny in Sauciety was super friendly during our breakfast.

I had an absolute great time solo traveling at the Westin at Seaport. From the moment I am checked in, I'm greated with kindness, and welcomed by Chris, great man! Then you go to dinning, and you have the pleasure to be served by Kenny! I did not want to leave this hotel. I would definitely come back. Rooms are clean, and all staff are friendly. Great location too!
