Nice hotel. Great room. Friendly, efficient staff. Good location.

Cons:

Price. Felt ripped off due to world cup pricing.
Pool felt a little dated.
Breakfast price was way too high.
Starbucks in hotel was way to busy and inefficient at breakfast and lunchtime.

Very convenient for the stamp show at the convention center,

Cons:

staff was rude. We arrived at 4 pm check in time and were made to wait a half hour before we could get a room. I don't think in this day and age a hotel should charge for wifi. Also no water in the room and had to go down and ask the check-in people for water.
