The staff and stay was wonderful.👍
Pros:

We only ate at Starbucks for breakfast because of time but we enjoyed MJ OConnors twice.

Cons:

The only thing I can possibly think of is on our first stay on floor five the bathroom door had swollen and we couldn’t close it. It wasn’t a problem because we cracked it at night for a nightlight.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Hotel was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Room was large and very clean. The area around the hotel nice and secure.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms for one night. We arrived earlier than expected. I wanted to pay for early booking on one room to store our luggage. They charge me 100.00 for both rooms.(50.00 each)

Beautiful and excellent but need. Improvement on amenities need improvement and self parking
Pros:

Excellent breakfast excellent clean room and kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

First the hotel in not water front at all that was a disappointment also for luxury hotel Pool and jacuzzi wasn’t clean,
Self Parking pay was confusing also there weren’t microwave to warm up my food and coffee so we had to ask other restaurant to warm it

Pros:

Great location, nice area, spacious , comfortable .

Cons:

The service was not up to the Standards of Westin Hotel brand, the bathroom was not working properly and the Concierge did not have any information about the City .

Just ok. Nothing special for price charged
Pros:

Did not eat in as too busy with conference attendees
Starbucks coffee not good compared to Australian standards.
Walked to Dunkin close by.

Cons:

Conference attendees everywhere .
On site room service laundry of cotton garments poor - few olive oil stains from salad dressing not removed.
