Locatio very god for Seaport District
The check in process was a nightmare. Checked in Friday July 10th (or tried to). Staff declared 4 pm was "the time for the start of check-in". Travel frequently and have never heard of such a thing.. After waiting in lone to check in for 25 minutes at about 4 pm I was told my room was not ready and there were about 200+ other rooms also not yet available. Was told they would text me when room was available. When we left for our dinner reservations at 5:30 (room still not available) we needed to check out luggage at the concierge. It appears others received notification of their room being available as the line snaked across the lobby for people to get their keys (yes you need to get in lone and check in twice). Never received that text my room was available, I call from our dinner location and was told our room was available. Management and check in cleaning process a nightmare. Stay away, many other more professionally run places to stay.
We stopped by for a few drinks and a dessert, and we were so pleasantly welcomed by the staff at Sauciety, especially Mya, whose kindness and wonderful service has inspired us to make another trip back soon!
I went to Sauciety for a drink around 2pm, Mya was there, she answered all my questions patiently, she’s so nice and kind, provided the best service to make me well treated. She definitely highlighted my day. Thanks Mya!

We spent a night at The Weston before heading out on our cruise. We had breakfast at the Scaucery and Sharon was our waitress. She did a fantastic job and was a great start to our trip.
Breakfast buffet was great and fresh followed by incredible table service from Sharon! Only critique is we had to wait over 2 hours after check-in for our room to be ready. However, I was compensated with free breakfast buffet for 4 people
I had an amazing time at breakfast because of Kenny, the best waiter around. Along with Sandra a great manager who runs the place and keeps everything in good shape.
Kenny was such a joy and pleasure during our breakfast experience sauciety. The food was terrific, great selection, and Kenny took great care of us!
Always a great experience coming to visit Boston, and staying here at the Westin adds to it. Great views and amenities. Food and service is always great too. Kenny was a rockstar in the breakfast buffet! Found out it was my son’s birthday, and made a feel special!
